It has a complete end but in the last scene someone talks about "next season if the director allows it" so I don't know if they're actually planning on s3 or it was just meant to be a joke.

First breakup is somewhere in the middle and only lasts a few days/an episode or two as far as I remember. The second is more like a separation than a breakup and is in the last episode and was 6 months, I think, before they reunite at the end.

It's very cheesy and funny so far!

As far as I understood it, everything was a dream that the ML is experiencing while he's in a coma from an accident. The doctor is using a treatment of implanted memories to try to wake him up. The FL rejected when the ML proposed because of her responsibilities/differences in status, but she now regrets it and has stayed beside him for three years hoping he'll wake up. It looked like his hand moved in the last scene (after she put the engagement ring on) which seems to imply that he's waking up.

Everything was a dream the ML is having. At the end, he's revealed to have been in a car accident and in a coma for the past three years, and everything is hypnotherapy/implanted memories to hopefully wake him up. The accident was just an accident (no one's fault) while he was looking for the FL who had refused his proposal. As far as I could tell the real He Yuechan never existed, and the soulswap was just part of his dreams.

The ending is open but hopeful.
