I honestly don't think it'll go exactly as the novel
Let’s be real — if they followed the novel word-for-word, this drama would need an 18+ warning, a parental lock, and maybe a therapist on call 😩😂 We just want the kisses, the tension, and the slow-burn magic ,Just enough to make us scream into our pillow, not get the show canceled!

Sis, I totally get what you mean, but like — what do you want him to do? Grow a third eye and two horns? 😂 The man’s literally built for gloom, shadows, and soul-stealing stares. Not every male lead needs to be all lovey-dovey — let him serve that dark vampire energy in peace 😈 We’ve got others for the sunshine and rainbows, this one’s for the chaos and cravings!
This is a solid mini drama. I really liked the fantasy aspect. It reminded me of romantasy books I loved to read as a teenager. I'm glad everyone got their happy ending 🌸

He turned 35 four months ago. That's not almost 36. Can you just treat them as the actors they are without being so fixated on age? It's not like the FL is underage. She's 26.
I don't understand why Chinese people are biased against Li Yuning. Do all actors have to have a baby face? LYN has a sharp facial structure and slanted eyes, which make him even more charismatic. Audiences now seem to want everything to be fake.
It is too early to say this one is a masterpiece, but damn just watching 5 eps . It is rare to see a cdrama this days that will make you cry, laugh and feel angry . This is the first Cdrama in 2025 that it let me feel those emotions.
