In both dramas the ML has two personalities.

In both dramas, one or both of the leads time travel within a limited period of time, trying to change events in the present/near future that they don't have the full picture of. The ML's personality changes from what it is initially (from cheerful to withdrawn/somber in MDD and from selfish to self-sacrificing in TWY), and both FLs are sunshine personalities who bring light to the ML's life. Both couples have very good chemistry.

Both involve a guy and a girl exchanging bodies and experiencing character growth as a result.

Both dramas have a writer FL and a ML who is the villain of her story. Both involve a sort of time travel (FL entering the fictional historical world vs. fictional historical ML entering the real world). Both couples are antagonistic at first.

Both are shorter, romance/historical dramas in which the FL is being married to the ML against her will. Both have a scene of the FL gambling with the ML able to accurately guess the number to help her win.

While very different settings, both dramas have the FL dying and coming back to the past, trying to change events to stop things from happening as they did the first time.

It continues the story.
