Both have a ML with regrets and a short lifespan. Their only hope for a cure is in a vault that can only be opened by pieces of a treasure (jade vs. glazed armor) that multiple people are fighting over. Both are historically set with fantasy elements.

MFMR is much, much lighter in tone than WOH, though.

While MFMR is much lighter in tone and shorter than LoF, both MLs suffer from a "cold poison" and the FL is willing to go to great lengths to try to save him once she finds out. Also the plot involves trying to locate and put the pieces of a treasure together.

Completely different in tone and length, but both feature a ML with a demon side that keeps trying to take him over and a "displaced" FL (through time travel or resurrection) who tries to save his human side.

Both MLs have facial scars and are very warm hearted but people misjudge them and are afraid of them. They hang out or work at a restaurant where the owner/workers are their friends. The main female character has a special trait (visual impairment vs. reading minds) which leads her to not misjudge the ML like most people do. Both shows have a similar quirky humor and some sweet moments.

Both dramas have gorgeous cinematography, beautiful soundtracks, and a haunting tone. The romance between the main couple is star-crossed and tragic and the ending open/bittersweet.

Both MLs have suffered trauma and met the FL in the past but don't recognize her when they meet her again. The tone and characters were similar between both dramas.

Both MLs have a difficulty that the FL is able to help them overcome (lack of senses vs. lack of emotions). Both MLs seem cold at first but become very warm in time. Although one is historical, and the other modern day, the pacing and tone seem similar.

Both are short somewhat fluffy and fast paced romantic Chinese dramas. The couple are a human and a nine tailed (or half) fox.

Both are wuxia/historical dramas in which the ML was poisoned when young and not expected to live long but was saved by another who "hid/locked" the poison in him. As a result, he can't use martial arts and is physically weaker than the FL, yet very intelligent, fighting with brains instead of brawn. The MLs eventually unlock their poison for the FL (either to save her or her loved one), and attempt to leave her afterwards, but the FLs find out what they've done and tenaciously attempt to save the MLs. Both plots involve a dethroned emperor's heir who is either the ML or the ML is pretending to be him. Both dramas are slow paced but beautifully filmed with a very similar tone and a large cast of characters, as well as supporting couples.

Poisoned ML with a "uniqueness" regarding the FL (in Meet You she can fix him, in MFMR his blood causes her transformation). Both couples meet and end up in a relationship very quickly then a bit later truly fall in love and are devoted to each other. Both are shorter, light, and mostly fluffy romances.

Modern day FL travels to historical world and falls in love with the first person she sees there. Both dramas have the same fluffy endearing tone and sweet romance between the main couple.

The FL is a cat-human who comes from another world and needs the ML's help to accomplish some task in order to get back home. Both are mostly light dramas with a similar feel.
