I feel like Gong Yoo has been raking in the cash lately, man. Nice to see him finally getting the recognition he deserves, I've loved him since Coffee Prince <3
I was looking at the cover picture forever like "why is this two chicks? why is it pretending to be a lesbian movie?"
Aaaaand THEN I realized that's just the male lead. That boy is hella pretty!
It's about as upsetting as any zombie movie is. Not the saddest movie in the world, not the scariest movie in the world, just... upsetting. If zombie movies are your thing, go ahead and watch it. If they aren't, give it a shot, but don't expect it to change your opinion on the genre.
THIS WAS SOOO FREAKING STUPID! DAFUQ!!!!! LIKE WUTTTTT. HOW come she ended up with that QiYu!!!!!!! Wallace deserved…
@OP, Have you ever seen a historical Chinese drama, friend? Lol. It was the typical scenario where the lead female is in love with the main lead for a large majority of the drama, but due to circumstances such as decisions that they feel that they must abide by and expectations thrust upon them by others, they're kept apart from the one that they love for the majority of the drama. But in the final scene of this drama the Emperor approaches her from behind while she's doing laundry, and she's wearing the bracelet that he gave her and the smile at each other. At that point it's MORE than implied that they're going to be together from that point on. They've gotten past the turmoil in both of their lives and from now on nothing is going to keep them apart.
When it comes to Death Note, no actors could be hotter than the art. The art in that manga was stunning. Beaut.
I must say though, I adored Hana Yori Dango (the manga) but Mizushima Hiro really really fit the role for me. I'd say that he might have a slight edge over the original.
That lost piercing shot of Lee Jun Ki's eyes... I was holding my breath. Legitimately couldn't breathe. Amazing. This one didn't make me as sad as the Chinese one though, I'll admit it.
I dropped it in episode 3. I couldn't get into it. It was boring. There were no chills or anything and I expected…
I know this comment is a little old, but I think you should give this another try. Things are kind of stale until the fourth episode or so when you find something out and it kind of cracks the drama wide open. This is a really good one, don't give up too early~

The acting is on point, however.
-Currently starting my fourth rewatch-
