I noticed that too, ep 3 was entirely in the hospital the whole time... it is really good don't get me wrong but man they are moving the plot slow lol. I'm waiting for their chemistry to start too. Hopefully they are doing this intentionally to prevent drag in later episodes. Hopefully.
