The second episode was better than the first imo. The problems is it's a mature drama dealing with miserable situations and I think a lot of people especially younger audience, and especially after HCCC, go into a beachside setting slice of life drama expecting something feel good. I love it, but I'm weird I like dramas that make me sad lol
The first episode was slow for me but second episode was really really good. Now I'm really liking it. I'm loving the middle aged relationship, that's something you don't see often enough in dramas. And the good characterization and all the different relationships blooming

8.3 is a pretty good rating but it's still way underrated. It got hated on because it came out at the same time as ABP which everyone loved and compared it to, also it's only on disney plus so not as wide an audience. Definitely watch it

I agree! The plot and ML left a lot to be desired. He was sweet but almost sickeningly sweet, and his acting wasn't my cup of tea (although Kim SeJeong was great). I would have liked to have kept the hidden identity going longer and kept more excitement in the plot, they resolved things too quickly and without taking them to their full potential. I felt like we were kinda promised more in the beginning/middle than we were given. CL started out slow and in my experience that's a good thing, it seems dramas that start out with a bang right away tend to fizzle out, and the ones that start slow are more likely to just get better as the writer builds up the story. I agree their character development is awesome! The story has lots of depth and the actors are doing great with it.

I have a feeling she was pressured to pair with SK for the publicity since he's so trendy. I hope I'm wrong but I can see no other reason tbh. Really disappointed since this project kinda ruined her run of being the chemistry queen.

Same. After this and Her Private Life he is definitely one of the best actors when it comes to chemistry, so refreshing after so many stone faced actors/actresses that sometimes pass for actors in kdrama. I'm really liking Krystal too
