I hate to be so hard on this drama because I get the impression I'm just expecting too much...but we never got to see them fall for each other before sleeping together & getting together, I don't even get what the ML sees in FL since she's pretty much a gloomy bitch all the time including being rude to him. Yeah maybe that will change but what does he see in her? There's just something missing from this drama and I can't quite put my finger on what else it is.
My favorite kmovie by far but one thing I never understood is the subtitles didn't say why he couldn't/wouldn't speak, was his speech damaged by his injuries or was just he too ashamed, or what?
Yoon Park is the only actor delivering for me in this show. As much of a fan as I am of PMY this isn't her best, and Song Kang well, he's not as horribly stiff as he usually is but he's still pretty stiff.
Episode 1 I wasn't really feeling it, but episode 2 is much better and reminding me why SKJ is my #1 favorite actor, the way he keeps you hooked & watching just through his expression alone in every scene. His acting is always flawless and they have great chemistry
"I read through four episodes of the series' script in one sitting. You might think that the story would be difficult to follow because it's a courtroom series, but its concept is really unique and the way it develops its plot will give you great satisfaction," Ahn said during an online press conference
I broke my middle finger at the beginning of the shoot. It was a fracture. I took off the bandage when filming,…
She’s only a year older than me, I can sympathize because our bodies definitely start falling apart at this age. I could tell something was off with this performance and have heard of her having back pains before. I hope she feels better soon.
Does anyone know if this is going to eventually turn LGBTQ between Yurim and Heedo? I'm getting those vibes especially since she was the one talking to her romantically on the computer.
This probably might be the weakest character Park Min Young ever played. Ha Kyung's character is very poorly written.…
I agree. Although PMY is my favorite actress, I am not liking her role here. This role of hers is different, I'm sensing a tiredness or lack of spark in her that I don't think is just her character. I watch her vlogs on Youtube as well as she sometimes gives the same tired vibe there, once saying her back was hurting. It makes me feel she's going through some things that have carried over into this role. As for her character, I find her to be unlikeable, wishwashy and rude to ML so far.
It's only episode 4 and the leads have already had sex...by the next episode they were already together...and the exes are already on the verge of trying to get back with them. Concerned about how they're going to stretch this 16 episodes
I was really looking forward to watch this( love PMY) but read that this has cheating and exes, that I really…
The exes are a major part of the show. It looks like the remorseful cheater trope is going to play a huge part as we predicted. Both of them are having remorseful thoughts already, it’s only a matter of time before they both try to get back with the ones they’ve cheated on who will have moved on and choose each other in the end leaving the cheaters in the dust. Predictable but still watchable. There isn’t much sadness but it’s not a fun watch either, more just relationship conflict and career focused. It’s nothing like 2521, if you’re expecting that.
At first when I watched trailers I didn't think I'd like this, among other things the cinematography didn't appeal to me in the trailers, I thought it would be one of those obnoxiously overexposed dramas which get on my nerves to look at.
I'm pleasantly surprised that the cinematography has turned out to be one of the best things about this drama IMO, many scenes when FL is in the gym training something about the shots, lighting and ambiance are so gorgeous it feels like you can almost smell and feel the sun going down on a humid summer day... almost like visual ASMR.
This will definitely turn out to be one of the best of the year for me if it continues at the pace it is.
I’ll give it a shot. Also a fan of ABH
