what if lomfon being able to hear phat and tai's convo during the rain actually proves his theory that the hearing loss doesn't have anything to do with soulmates thingy but because of whatever scientific explanation he said. lol
loved ep 4. it's such a relief that the conflicts with kawi x pear x pisaeng feelings for one another have all been resolved. now the show can finally focus on pisaeng trying to win kawi's heart. 🤭
pearmai is such a sweetheart, one of the most well-written female characters in bl world <33
i really can't get into pat's character. i don't understand his emotions, i don't know where they are coming from. he says he doesn't feel the same way with put anymore but then gets depresed over a very normal picture of his ex? and he weeps inside jeng's embrace completely wasted as if he's still so in love with put? like i just find his dramatic scenes kinda exaggerated
i don't hate it but i don't love it either (so far). not even watching for tinngun, just for gemfourth. because i refuse to accept that this is connected in the smallest way possible to the original msp series lol
Filipinos are actually multilingual. They consider English as their second language.
Filipinos talk in two languages (or more) because that's what makes them comfortable. It's even hard for them, especially young people, to have a conversation purely in Tagalog. They're not doing it to be "cool" or whatever, it's just a cultural thing.
I'm relatively new to the BL world, what would you recommend as one of the best boss-employee trope BLs out there?…
OMG, I am so happy you loved it! Right, it was so beautiful in every aspect. I really go around telling people to watch it because everyone needs to see this masterpiece. ^^
When they removed Nueng and Palm from that pretentious "mafia" theme, everything about them finally made so much sense. I could finally understand their characters and connect with them, and the conflict in their relationship was simple but realistic (impressed with that confrontation scene under the huge tree!). For someone who dropped the original series at episode 8, I thought it would be pointless for me to watch this, but I'm so glad I did. I didn't even like PalmNueng but these two episodes redeemed them for me. Their characters were more fleshed out since the series was no longer trying hard with the mafia thingy, lmao. I totally agree with everyone that this was far better than NLMG.
P.S. Actually, my motivation to watch this was MarcPawin's comeback, lol. I'm so happy they're back! My Gear and Your Gown is one of my favorites.
