I started this just a couple days ago and I am HOOKED! This has become like my crack. Just a few eps away from the ending and i'm here for all the insane plots and the over dramatics that this drama is throwing at me. I grew up on Thai lakorns (dramas) so this type of makjang genre is right up my street. It's over exaggerated yet thrilling, so this won't be your cup of tea if you expect anything more rational. All the cast have been sensational and nailed their roles. And a main cast full of strong female leads? I fxck with that. I'm abit weary about how people have commented on the ending being a dud.. I hope I won't be disappointed.

finally! a more realistic portrayal of how relationships and situationships are navigated through college/university. It's a period where we just live our best lives unapologetically, explore and experiment. Lol Jae Uhn is your typical fuckboy that gets into your head and plays endless games, AND IM HERE FOR IT! It gets tiring when asian dramas keep putting these ML's on a pedestal with these unrealistic prince charming type personas. Also, the FL is so gorgeous, its unreal. However I hope her character isn't portrayed too weak and naive, as that would annoy me. Theres a lot of room to develop Na-bi's shy girl character over the series.

Wow! now this was a melodrama that gave you all the feels. Towards the end, some scenes were pretty difficult to watch. This is a beautiful old school love story set against the backdrop of the Gwangju Uprising, although ultimately ending tragically. You will all be shedding a few tears. The acting was phenomenal. I hope this makes its way to netflix because this drama deserves to be seen!

Overall it was a worthy watch, the leads had beautiful chemistry together. Never seen neither of the leads in a drama before and found their acting was good and natural. The emotional scenes were executed well. Towards the end, imo, it got a bit repetative and dragged on. The ending was a bit too abrupt for me. Quite an anti-climax.

i see a lot of (valid) criticism about the ending, but is nobody else concerned about jun being a minor? there's…
I just found out the awkward age gap. It's quite disturbing tbh =\ it's offput me to carry on the series. I know she has no idea for now, but still.

Tbh it was better than I had expected. I got interested after reading the storyline. And the poster could've fooled me into thinking this was going to be a rom-com type drama with a supernatural twist. Damn was I wrong?! lol this was quite dark and heavy at times. The twist towards the end was quite predictable, and some parts of the story was slow/unnecessary but overall it was a good watch. I didn't know the ML was from Got7, nor am I that familiar with him so I didn't have a bias towards the drama but I think his acting was impressive especially for a rookie ML. I'd like to see him in more mature lead roles as he has potential. Both the ML's did a good job in portraying their characters, especially the 2nd ML as his character was complex and dark. His emotional scenes had me shook. The intensity! On a side note, the chemistry between the ML and FL was very bland which was disappointing. So I didn't care for the romance aspect of the drama.

Sadly I dropped this nearly halfway through because the drama just lost its steam. It was giving me classic old school 00's kdrama vibes in the beginning, and I was loving it. I thought this was going to be a good watch but I found it all a bit boring as it dragged on. Disappointing.

Wow. That ending though!

This is a tragedy. It's a heavy, dark and complex drama. Not for anyone that prefers something light hearted or easy to watch. I was completely engrossed in it from the beginning as I love psych-thrillers, it might have been a bit of a slow start but each episode drew me in bit by bit and soon had me on the edge of my seat. I found it so thrilling as I had so many questions racing through my mind because I wanted to know how each of the characters were really connected to one another. There's so many twists and turns, the story just keeps you guessing until the end as it slowly unravels. You think you have it all figured out, then BAM! Another twist is thrown in. The acting in this was phenomenal. The actors/actresses portrayed their characters amazingly, especially the ML. He was a great anti-hero, all types of f'd up, and he had a spot on pokerface. The unspoken chemistry between him and the FL was so intense and raw. I was really rooting for them. I won't forget this drama for a long while, can't believe I only just came across it now. It's left such an impression on me.

So glad I found this little gem on netflix! I'm surprised it's not more popular. The plot of the drama is as we British say 'a little bit of me'. It's a slow burn psych-thriller so won't be to everyones taste, especially at times when it feels like the pace can be a bit too stagnant (it's not as gripping as Flower of Evil) but none the less I enjoyed this complex story and it was a strong watch in its own right. I found the acting to be particularly good and natural - special mentions to the ML and his psycho father who nailed their characters. The chemistry between the grown ML and FL was raw and intense, even between their younger selves it was pure and sweet. Their relationship is complicated, filled with tragedy and pain, but I appreciate how the FL never saw the ML in a bad light despite everything. Her love for him never wavered over the years, whilst he loved her unconditionally from afar. I'm a few eps away from the end and i'm excited to see how they will tie this all up.

This had potential to be an interesting dark twisted watch but it just wasn't executed in the right way. Its way too PG to be compared to cruel intentions. These types of storylines need a lot more spice and fire, which it didn't deliver. And I really didn't like the FL (Tae Hee) whether its her character or the actress that plays her.. she comes across bland and forgettable. The acting was noticeably offkey compared to the others too. No chemistry with the ML. I skipped through most of their scenes. Soo Ji's character was much more entertaining to watch, and she had better chem with the ML. Think I will be dropping which is a shame. The trio are hot though!

My first 'slice of life' kdrama and i'm here for it. It's so kooky, i love it! Such a chilled watch with no intense melodramatics so far. Im on ep 6 and have not found it boring, although I can understand why this might not be to everyone's taste. I actually find the two leads very endearing, it's cute to watch their natural realistic chemistry.

Han shangyan isnt your average 30 year old man,she is his first love in here. Also their worlds match as she is…
I did finish it in the end (with a lot of skipping) but I still think to myself how is this so popular?! The relationship between the 2 lead characters was odd to me. Tong Nian had the emotional maturity of a young teenager which didn't develop through out the series. Her following around Han Shang Yan in the beginning like a love sick crush, and him suddenly falling for her is unrealistic. It really made me cringe. This was not for me.. i'd like to see Yang Zi and Li Xian in a more mature type of drama as they had potential chemistry which didn't translate well for me in the characters they played here.

This was entertaining and I defo had a few laughs! It was light hearted and an easy watch, but nothing groundbreaking or too serious. The storyline is pretty mediocre. The ML and FL's relationship is neither passionate nor intense, but I guess cute and depicts young love. I actually enjoyed the bromance more between the 2 male leads. The leads are all visually beautiful to look at. I think I'm getting too old for these school type dramas.. as it lacked any depth to the overall storyline.

This drama makes me feel so happy and fuzzy inside :) lol no other way to describe it. It's a light hearted cute…
I also preferred this WAY MORE to the overly hyped Go Go Squid. I couldn't get over how cringey and ridiculous the romance was in that. Intense Love flowed more naturally and was more enjoyable.

Title Intense Love
This drama makes me feel so happy and fuzzy inside :) lol no other way to describe it. It's a light hearted cute watch, and I recommend it for those that want something easy going without too much depth/emotional storylines. It's nothing ground breaking, the love story is uncomplicated but it pleasantly surprised me and binged it all in a few days. The leads are visually attractive, and have sweet chemistry together. Ryan Ding Yuxi looks so handsome in this *swooooooooons* and plays the perfect gentleman!

I'm halfway through and i'm honestly so disappointed. This drama is VERY overhyped. After watching Yang Zi in…
Also the outfits for the female lead was truly awful. Lol was this intentional? She was constantly styled like a 15 year old. The amount of bubblegum pink I saw made me feel dizzy.
