Yoona was amazing in this episode, she was very effective in her role. Please let’s learn to separate characters…
I think you need to learn that.. she was not, she was average.. there is nothing interesting she did with her character and did not leave an impression.. hence average.. she did the bare minimum expected from this role

and that totally fits the theme of the story
tai needs to know that he is in love not because it was destined but because he genuinely clicks with his chosen partner, that this was a choice.. and choices evolve in life.. and end up understandng his paretns better

it just proves that lomfon's theory about this hearing voices thing is correct!... and not the fantasy romantic soul mate theory (remember the episode when lomfon and tai were discussing this in cafe)
Ep 1 is a good start (at least compared to KTL). Did not know until now that both dramas story occurs around hotel……
king hotel was a super letdown.. plus yoona is a weak actress.. comedy in that show was so forced.. i don't think i found anything funny.. honestly junho deserves strong actress
That was a very very weak 1st episode. If not for JunHo, there is nothing.. and Yuna is an average actress.. so i think Junho will have to hard carry this..
Also, i watched it immediately after 19th life, so maybe the lackluster is more pronounced .. 19th life had a really sharp, taut ep 1
