This has such strong Untamed vibes - like the music, the settings, the freaking Five Sect Alliance palace interior…

Kid is embarrassed. Anyone will be. I am sure he is feeling being a burden on all of them and that he lacks skills for everything, so he is trying to be a nice kid and not come off as someone who cribs about this and that. Poor baby.
Set is same as untamed.. a lot of them are same. But, i guess because that place is a popular spot for shooting for period dramas.. all those houses etc...
even one of the manors.. is same as where they first caught that other villain, who has the "story" with the blind guy and beggar girl

if you read enough stories, you will realizze all of them are same.. like literally the same if you scrap them of fancies (in term sof plot and devices and overarching story_)
personally still not feeling the romance up until ep 7.. but then untamed also clicked at ep 13.
but drama is good. Plus most of the fight scenes they are doing it themselves on real water and all... fight choreography is good (they could have chosen easier choreo in that water scene).. so good drama even as wuxia
can you break the story for me.. if not all then atleast till ep 6..i see no flirting :( completed ep 3..maybe…
