The main couple is so sweet and awkward and adorable. I love their interactions so much. I also love that each has a demanding job that they’re competent at, and that we get to see the work they put in to steal time together.

MingLan is way more frustrating on the concubine and scheming front for wayyyy longer than this drama and it’s 70+ episodes.
