This was wonderful – just two people finding each other and falling deeply in love. From the very beginning, they shared a unique connection, and their chemistry was on another level. The intimate scenes were incredibly beautiful. Both characters were playful, and their body language clearly showed how strongly they were drawn to each other. The kisses, in particular, were spectacular. I can’t recommend this enough to romance enthusiasts. 10/10.
Don't let the comments have too much influence, make up your own mind. If you're looking for a light watch with a sweet romance, this is it. There's the odd funny moment, but it's more in the first half of the series. I can understand that some people might find the development of the series strange, but for me it felt like a "typical" storyline that changed focus as the story progressed. The cast was great.
As a sucker for good lovestorys - this was simply heathwarming. The bonding of the leads was beautiful. Once again the best proof that the rating does not necessarily mean anything.
The romance and chemistry is top notch for me. From the beginning till the end a wholesome lovestory. Especially the first half of the show gives such a comfy vibe - gonna miss it.

Of all the dramas I've seen so far, I couldn't directly compare any of them to this one. While there are several isolated aspects that make this drama unique, such as the strong connection between the two main characters, the melancholic aura, or the excellent acting of a character, I could compare a few series to each of these aspects, but giving direct recommendations that would combine all these points like in this experience here would also be difficult for me.
On the search for a good series, I have once again found a true gem (for me). The atmosphere is dark and melancholic from beginning to end. Despite all the difficult circumstances, both main characters have developed a special affection for each other. Both characters are well-written, but major props to Lee Sung Kyung for her realistic portrayal of Shim Woo Joo. When I truly take characters to heart, it shows me great acting performances.
Just finished "My Girlfriend Is an Alien" and checked the profile page of Wan Peng - just to see that there will be a second season!?!? I'm so down for this. I can't wait to experience more beautiful moments with them. I kinda missed those in the first season
What a wonderfull journey. This was a binge watch for me! The story is aimed more at mature people. The themes are relatively serious and profound. I especially liked the strong and inseparable bond between the two main characters. Totally recommended!
