I actually don't mind Jae Shin's screen time, no matter how pathetic he is I still find his story interesting but yes I do agree he has more plot than the ML. There is nothing major happening in the ML's life, wondering if there is more to be uncovered. As for screen time they are giving FL's mother a lot of it she irks me so much.
I have read some interesting comments about Jae Woon (director). I do agree his character alone is quite controversial but I so love him whenever he is with Hyun Seung's sister, I desperately want more screen time of the two. I don't at all think he is a bad person, as for him and the SML they are two friends ripping off each other. Jae Shin approached him first asking to be his dog but instead he wanted to be friends, and so far their relationship seem very friendlike. I definitely don't agree with him posing for SML to marry his sister but I guess his actions are justifiable because it was a life threatening situation. Overall that was a stupid thing to imply, the sister needs professional help rather than to rely on a man for happiness and the will to live.
IMO SML had all rights to decline but instead his excuse to FL for agreeing to it was "it was a command". He is under the impression that he is forever indebted to the director but just like the FL said he has paid off his debt by working hard and making good of the company. I wonder how much more he wants from his relationship with the director and what it will take for him to walk away, he seems to have quite a lot but still unhappy. Such a miserable and pathetic character. As for the director, his character isn't perfect at all and so far it seems he doesn't work at all or work as hard I'm really hoping for a character development.
