Seems like unpopular opinion, but I found this one a tad boring. Okay to watch once, but probably won't again. The story was just okay and the chemistry was meh, their kissing was really awkward.
I will say that this is the first side couple in a while that I actually enjoyed watching, except the ending was a bit of an eyeroll. I didn't think the twist was needed for Jack and seemed forced.
Seems like I'm alone with my opinion but it was boring and ridiculous for me. No chemistry at all
Agree on the chemistry, felt more like close friends at most. Their kissing bugged me, it was awkward and forced. Also the cop always leaned in with a weirdly opened mouth when kissing.
Cute and enjoyable. It falls to the issue most Korean BLs fall to, not enough budget so the story gets compressed. There are time skips and the transition are abrupt.
Was pretty good to begin with, the 2nd half seemed to be all over the place and the characters made some weird decisions. From half way through episode 11 and most of episode 12 I really lost interest, didn't think the show needed the sister coupling or the father issues with the dentist being too evasive.
I only recommend if you have run out of things to watch or like shallow and confusing plots The 2 leads were great, really felt their chemistry by the 7th episode, but for me that is were the good ends.
This story was messy, the writing lacked a clear direction and the director/editing gave more emphasis to random things. Also what is with the lesbian couple, they had no chemistry, felt like close friends at most. Not the worst bl I've watched, but wouldn't watch again.
I noticed the 2 leads have another series in the works, I'm hoping that one will have a better story, as I really liked the 2 actors.
Hated the first 1.5 episodes, the bullying was more than I thought it would be, then I liked it until episode 6. The time skip was abrupt and the ending felt really rushed and kind of incomplete. The acting was really good, just the story is like most k-bl, rushed incomplete stories. All in all I've watched worse and I've seen better.
On a side note didn't know it was 2 members from Omega X until I went to see if they were in anything else. I thought their acting was pretty good.
I liked it for what it is, a fluffy bl, but it could have been so much better if the script was revised a few…
This story suffered from pacing issues and a lack of character motivation. For example why did the friend just randomly fall for him, why did the dad get all weird, why did he breakup with the friend right after saying they will conquer everything together, why did they get engaged and married so quick, exactly how much time passed?! I know the show gave us half assed explanations, but it all felt so forced.
I liked it for what it is, a fluffy bl, but it could have been so much better if the script was revised a few more times. I loved the main couple and felt like they had chemistry, the 2nd couple was meh to me, their story was too weak and (probably unpopular opinion) Yuki just slightly smiled all the time, never really felt emotions from him.
Loved the nod to the couple from History 4 that hurt my soul, this is their chance for a HE.
Not bad, but I think I'm just too old and jaded to watch high school romances. I ran out of things to watch and decided to give this one a try since the ratings were so high on Viki. Their relationship wasn't very sweet and their promise for forever far fetched.
Amagi annoyed me, Takara was okay, but Katori stole the show. Maybe the manga is better?
Why are some people mad that the guys from history 4 are getting married, like literally they're not brothers!…
While I'm not mad at them for getting married, I just didn't like their storyline from 4 much and felt like they completely overshadowed the 2 couples of 5 for the finale. Wouldn't have bothered me much if the proposal was earlier in the series, just seemed out of place and forced, but I could probably say that about all of 5 🤣
Am I the only one annoyed with the Step-Brother's getting engaged? Like I personally was disgusted with their…
Though I wasn't disgusted with their storyline, I didn't enjoy it either and felt like they completely overshadowed the 2 couples in the last episode. I would have rather seen the other couple from 4.
So mother knew that he wasting to drunk rape his brother and did nothing about it? Hmmm
I don't think she knew the specifics, but also didn't bother to check things out. She knew how devious her son is and purposely overlooked his intentions. So even though she didn't know specifically that he was going to SA his brother, she knew he was up to no good.
can anybody tell me if this is actually worth it to watch?
Guess it depends on your tolerance, what you're into, and if your desperate for something to watch (like me). I didn't find this as bad as some of the comments make it out to be, but I've seen all the well done BL so I'm desperate for anything to watch, which lowers my threshold 🤣
Not sure about the fights in the comments about who is the main couple, but I wouldn't say either couple is the "main". This installment of History gave pretty equal story to both couples. That being said, I didn't really like the brothers storyline and not only because of the SA., It was too angsty and not romantic, just not my cup of tea.
Although the other couple wasn't logical either, how do both go from only being friends for years and liking only girls to suddenly liking each other? I still enjoyed their story, even if parts were cliche, I'm more drawn to sweet happy stories (still haven't forgiven History 3)
Absolutely hate Viki, they tagged this one as BL romantic comedy, how tf is that ending romantic or funny?! Would have never watched if I knew the ending was such crap 😠I need shows like these to come with tradegy tags or something, they hurt the heart, especially when you aren't expecting it.
Seems like an unpopular opinion, but I think the leads acting and chemistry were pretty good, especially for Twain BL from 2018. They at least seemed to be ok with kissing.
So many BLs I can't watch the kissing scenes because the actors feel like they were forced into it and keep an unnatural distance, with the kissing being over exaggerated. It's always awkward to me. This one had some awkward kisses but it felt more passionate than most I've watched lately.

Would have loved to see both leads in other BL.
