Yes, I agree this series deserves a 10/10..The MLs chemistry alone makes this BL a compelling page turner!

True! EP 1-8 deserved a 10/10.. the finale may be rushed or can be included on EP9, but be conscious this is BL genre ( a feel good ending is a must) distinct from realistic gay or most LGBTQ+ production. That’s why GagaOolala made this clear distinction.

For me this is one of the most compelling bl series Hongkong has produced! Loved the ML’s longing for each other in spite of they’re being on opposite ends and stature that even a convenient ( & survival) marriage proposals for both couldn’t break their unbreakable bond!

This gem of a BL, noiselessly released late last month amidst a preponderance of quality BLs online, is actually quite entertaining. In fact, a thriller bl has been a surprisingly interesting norm these days. Gravitated to the choice MLs: Boss maybe a novice in acting, but his quirky or slightly fun character made him appealing in a way, then add his statuesque frame and those almost pleading chinky eyes which makes him a sight to behold; Tongtong ‘s transition from a ‘lakorn’ actor to a serious BL male lead has been widely anticipated mainly because of his cinematic good looks. A bit uneasy with NC scenes, but surely with more BL roles he can be a great asset to the BL universe!

The slow burn and handling of unnecessary characters of the Live version did not do justice to the compelling manwha or novel. Rushed ending vs unnecessary episodes, here’s hoping for a Korean well edited version!Only because it’s a BL that I’m giving it a 7.5.

The scorched BL NC scenes are just delectable icing to the show’s superb production! KBL is flying high again this innumerable BL season!

We’re halfway now to final Ep.. this CBL is one of the most nail biting serial productions I’ve ever seen including mainstream Chinese dramas. The slow unraveling of Fan Xiao’s obsessive schemes to bed Yu Shulang is getting the latter into a thrilling Sherlock Holmes domain of meticulous observation using deductive and abductive reasoning! Kudos to this excellent production!

Geum Bok’s realization scene in Ep 9, coupled with Shin JongWook’s rendition of ‘ First Love’ had me totally lost >> & scrambling for this song on my Spotify account…

Whoah! After watching Ep 8-9, I came to like & appreciate Korean Legendary tales of Goblins and 3 tailed fox, etc. Not just for good looking( prob Kpop idols) casts , but for exemplary storytelling , I thank Asian countries in particular for highlighting cultural traditions in BL format!

Still rewatching Glorious Ep7: “ we can’t decide who we LOVE in this world or how our love should be like.. but we have this chance to be happy “ .. and their first kiss> EP7 on Oct.7 w/c coincides with the first Supermoon this year😮

In most Asian countries, even in this modern times, Filial Piety, a virtue of respect, obedience and care of one’s parents elders and ancestors w/c involves a deep sense of duty & obligation takes precedence., that’s why respect of their cultures and traditions, more so during older times - we should keep in mind.
