We’re halfway now to final Ep.. this CBL is one of the most nail biting serial productions I’ve ever seen including mainstream Chinese dramas. The slow unraveling of Fan Xiao’s obsessive schemes to bed Yu Shulang is getting the latter into a thrilling Sherlock Holmes domain of meticulous observation using deductive and abductive reasoning! Kudos to this excellent production!

Whoah! After watching Ep 8-9, I came to like & appreciate Korean Legendary tales of Goblins and 3 tailed fox, etc. Not just for good looking( prob Kpop idols) casts , but for exemplary storytelling , I thank Asian countries in particular for highlighting cultural traditions in BL format!

In most Asian countries, even in this modern times, Filial Piety, a virtue of respect, obedience and care of one’s parents elders and ancestors w/c involves a deep sense of duty & obligation takes precedence., that’s why respect of their cultures and traditions, more so during older times - we should keep in mind.
I admit it, everything good about ' Addicted/Heroin' made me a nonchalant bystander about this 'remake' of a classic BL story/web series. But, after landing up at Episode 7-8, I, suddenly realized I was delightfully dragged into this bewitching quagmire of a classic recreation of one of BL's indelible prototype storyline.
