the description made me click and beginning credits made me break out in a extreme smile (had to stop and come write this) so Meow Meow Boss is Ray Chang - u know Pei Shou Yi [School doctor] from We Best Love: No. 1 For You. like is there anyone more fitting?!? come on!! dude was the personification of a pissed-off pussy hmmm cat (¬‿¬)(¬_¬ ) in WBL and i didn't even get it (for 2 seasons) until this sec. me thinks i'ma enjoy the pants off this
Just got done watching the first episodes. The premise might seem quite similar to Keita Machida's "Nishiogikubo…
thanx for the inadvertent recommend, like u loved the first ep of this drama - but waiting for the 2nd ep to be subbed is (⊙_⊙;)... so cause of ur comment, found Nishiogikubo Mitsuboshi Youshudou - which watching the 1st ep already know got something new to binge on - that i'm totally enjoying - so TY again (*°▽°*)╯
for someone who couldn't finish the 1st ep of "Tale of the Nine-Tailed" and is still curious about this - should i Even give this a go? as in - do i need to watch Tale of the Nine-Tailed for back info so this will be understandable? **** anyone???
this drama was made for a 70th anniversary celebration of something - shouldn't it be more - i donno - lighthearted, uplifting, hope filled - anything but this depressing, disheartening mess - and with All due respect to realism and being true to life - who doesn't know that real life sucks-ass?!??? anyone??? that's why we freakin lose ourselves in dramas and movies, to keep reality at bay (•_•) aish this is down right horrendous - even the miniscule hope we had at the start of this has died and turned into dust a while back... this is just beating a dead horse ( ´・・)ノ(._.`) 2 more ep's to go, 2 more (T_T)
no - Ko got angry at Teng cause the potion didn't work and then just ghosted him, even though Teng didn't get…
well thank u for checking :) and ok - i will agree that Ko was hurt and also agree that it is hard for anyone to stay close to the person they love and can't have - especially when they in a new relationship - that just unnecessary pain, so i get the realism in that plot - but as i mentioned (somewhere) Teng didn't befriend Ko with an ulterior motives and he was genuinely confused why his friend ghosted him - that hurt and mattered to him, so much so he was doing everything to confront Ko so they could clear the air and get back to being friends - the least Ko should've done as he did have an ulterior motive from the word go, was to be up-front with Teng. at least then Teng would back off and also get his own head-on-straight (as i also mentioned somewhere) had a feeling Teng was in the closet and just not ready to come out, and maybe an adult conversation - a confession - explanation would start him thinking about what he really wanted, let alone whom.
about the sex - maybe the word force was over-kill, but Teng acted totally passive towards a drunk Ko's "pushing" and yeah it was a bad, moronic move on a couple of levels - it shouldn't have happened and i blame more the writing then the character's - as Thai BL writers love their "...he was drunk, so that's basically an invite for sex.."
isn't it pretty obvious that they're making him a pretty dramatic character who we all feel terribly sorry for…
well, like u (kinda lol) started watching this cause of XWZ (saw him in addicted) and unlike u, aint a sports fan - but this was interesting and made well enough, that for the majority of it connected with the character's and how hard they were working towards their goals...
for me this started to fall short, when they introduced the girls - and i get they were trying to show every aspect of a players life, which includes romance - but it was boring and just took away from the story - for me.
i'm sticking out of curiosity, cause i kinda fell out of love with almost all of the character at one ep or the other - and lately just spend time fast-forwarding anything with any of the gf's in it - so every ep is pretty short.
this could've been so much more and its a bit of a let down - them wanting this drama to be too real, is kinda destroying it - but there r always some bits that redeem the ep - like in the last one, where Su Chun matured enough to get that Tan aint his enemy or that his brother should stay away from Jia Yu. or his brother own break-down and realization, at how when he wasn't even on top, he looked down on Tan and now where each one is in their lives.. that's what's keeping me watching -
I'm kind of confused by this. The shaman was a fraud and the potion had nothing to do with anything. It's of course…
no - Ko got angry at Teng cause the potion didn't work and then just ghosted him, even though Teng didn't get why he was ghosted and tried to find out - when he did, he still tried to keep the friendship going. but Ko wasn't interested. he got drunk and his friends called Teng and - sorry but how watching that ep u can say that Teng had sex with him (as if he planed it, is beyond me) when it was obvious that Ko more or less forced Teng - who just went along with it (yeah not a stellar move - but not calculated). yeah sorry i don't get how u can come to the conclusions u did, after watching what i did - so lets agree to disagree, cause i can't see what ur seeing.
Ugh, I hate Earth Pirapat.. Should I still watch this? Is it THAT good?
haven't read the others answers to ur Q, but here my two bits... as someone who doesn't like any of the character's Earth has portrayed to date - this is much better. as i tend to drop every drama of his, i was skeptical and the 1st ep was shaky - but stuck it out and binged until ep 6 and i'm enjoying this - looks like he's matured and his character isn't grating - but enjoyable - and the plot is interesting so if u got time to kill yeah.. as its only 10eps not that big of an investment ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ edited add on: just finished and the last 3 ep's killed this for me - so if i have to answer again honestly, i wouldn't watch this
isn't it pretty obvious that they're making him a pretty dramatic character who we all feel terribly sorry for…
obvious and redundant as they started this off with him suffering from a debilitating, knee injury that made Lei give him resignation papers - so get were r supposed to see the up-hill-battle... still angering and annoying to watch - and for sure hard not to comment on
i feel like Fu is punishing Tan cause he not acting more grateful and "happy go lucky" to be back on the national team. find it ironic considering how they kicked him out, u would think its logical that he isn't elated or thankful to anyone on the national team's management - Why should he be? he has played and worked his ass of for 2 yrs proving himself and that's why he got a chance to come back. same with his working his ass off and training like a mad man, all hrs of the day - his scores r proof that he is working his ass off (heck he scored higher then Ke Nan, and yet he falls short?!? call B.S.) and he is still being treated like he's not good enough - this is just frustrating...
I am also disappointed with the romance essence in this drama .... I mean at the first place I wasn’t really…
not only u and not only C-dramas. i come from K-drama's and i'm tired of the same old clichés with the girl / guy playing hard to get - even though they all in.. running after the girl/guy and any other trope u can think off... been there seen that and that's why moved on to BL.. like u, didn't think there would be more then some hints to kinship (what with the censorship in china), but the romance is just a turn off - and i for one tend to just ff the scenes with the girls - cause of the romance B.S the only one i really enjoy seeing is Liu Shi - he for a while now is the main character i'm rooting for, and come back to see more off - and there nothing romantic going on with the dude - and yet one hell of a character.
guess i'm the only one that is disappointed(!) that this has turned into a "normal" romance drama - i for one just ff all the scenes with the females. Cai Wei is annoying, she got a love letter (yeah it wasn't meant for her or written by Ke Nan, but that's beside the point) why she still need a declaration of love?!? - if anything, going by logic - she got a letter, her turn to answer/reply - but nah she have to act all coquettish pssh nah - sorry but both girls r a no go for me - don't like either character.. but just me so whatever XD
know u posted this comment months ago and this is more a question - is the novel the same title as the drama?…
thanks for replying and will search - as just finished binge watching the drama and totally enjoyed myself - now can't wait to read the novel - TY again :D
Having read 40 chapters in to the novel (there’s 166 chapters total, I will eventually get through the rest),…
know u posted this comment months ago and this is more a question - is the novel the same title as the drama? cause i'm really enjoying the drama and reading ur comment i'm curious to ready it too... plz and thanks for replying in advance :D
i'm binging and on ep 6 now, and yeah have to say (even though the start was a bit slow for me cause not interested…
lol ur telling me XD the sec i saw his face i had flash-backs from Addicted and had to start watching (usually i wait until a drama is completed cause waiting for subs and new ep aint fun lol) so like u said, lets hope it goes the way we want - cause i like both leads :D
this is down right horrendous - even the miniscule hope we had at the start of this has died and turned into dust a while back... this is just beating a dead horse ( ´・・)ノ(._.`) 2 more ep's to go, 2 more (T_T)
