read that it was psychological, in this 1st ep other then the fact that i didn't get why when Takarada 1st approached Yujin he couldn't voice his request, but felt the need to write it down, as if he was mute. ****************************************************other then that, this was kinda wholesome - even if i didn't get why Yujin agreed not only to help teach Takarada the ropes, but turned into his manager/assistant/teaching coach for 7 yrs. & given how closely they work with each other - how can Yujin not experience jealous when helping Takarada so intimately. asking for trouble IMO.

i am so confused - this is the end?!? the C-BL was cut short cause of censorship b.s in that country. what was the cause for leaving it this opened ended - heck unfinished, in this drama? hopes for a sequel?!???? ********************************************* am shocked that anyone thought this would be a good idea - this just frustrating & annoying. cause given Hero's fathers "reach" /name/power he can't get ahold of both guys? really?!? - i am 100% sure that if he had shot both guys, he could've gotten away with murder & no one Not even Pop's father, would dare fight for justice. that's the power dynamic in that country, Hero's family is above the law! so them taking that gross cousins car & eloping amounts to a short vacation, cause Hero's father would contact the cops (his connections) & say the car was stolen, then what??? ridiculous plan that would never work - **********************************************************************************************************************************************this was totally b.s. writing & it's ironic cause this bit is all down to the Thai writers & considering they got the book, the other adaptations, let alone other dramas to go off - this is the best they came up with?!? what an utter let down.*********************************************************************************************************************************************until this crap ending, this was fine - heck it was fun & i loved the chemistry between the main guys, maybe cause i watched the cut version. the age difference between the actors (let alone one of them being underage) didn't bother me much, as what i saw was very PG & pure, innocent love with a bit of heavy petting, but nothing uncomfortable to watch. *********************************************************************************************************************************************if the end is what painted most of the comments POV, i get why a majority of comments were negative. as it is infuriating & feels like a waste of time. but i wont forget or lie - this was good - yes it could've been written better, where the whole plot was re-worked so not only there would be a logical end to this BL, but character's like Only & Tiger would be utilized better to add to the whole BL, as the actors did a great job with what they had! but we get weird crap about Hero's mother being psychic - like why even bring that aunt & waste time ??? anyway if i ignore this ep - this was fine & fun, i would've happily rewatch, but sad to say as is this a miss NOT a hit. bummer

sorry but this was a moronic ep. the bit with Only was adorable, sweet & fun. but the rest was stupid. 1st off Hero isn't stupid, but why does he turn so, when he is around that disgusting cousin of his?!? he was more or less a prisoner when he went to America, he can't use the phone, can't go out like WTF & he has to drug him to get a hold of his cousins phone?!? which he then discovers has video evidence of everything (private) he did. this not infuriating enough (as he was the one that took the phone without permission), but then the cousin proceeds to blackmail him. & not once does Hero fly off the handle? it's like nothing monumental happened? not only is there a vid of him jerking-off, but of his lover doing the same - that not justify punching someone's lights-out??? i don't care if they related or not. ***************************************************************************& then the same f*cker walks in on u & takes pic's while ur getting-it-on, still u chose to focus on the wrong sh*t instead of beating the crap out of him, breaking the phone to destroy the evidence - like what the actual f*ck!!!**********************************************************************************************************************************************& sorry but Pop wasn't justified in acting the aggrieved party. Hero was justified in getting angry & demanding answers. would he have loved to find out that while Hero had videocalled & gotten naked let alone intimate, he was in someone else room & bed, nude(!), while that other person was also laying besides him???? even if that person was alseep - would Pop have not made a big deal about it??? & would be justified in doing so? two wrongs don't make a right & he needed to clear things up period! ironically not only with Hero but with Only. ********************************************************************************************************************************************the situation with the father aint surprising, both guys r living in the open as if they don't know how conservative people r, or how dogmatic & rigid his own father is. as his father tends to show-up unannounced, cause he might have bought Hero a place, but that still HIS place(!) so he doesn't need to inform anyone that he is coming. so this type of thing was gonna happen sooner or later. personally i think Hero should hit back. that's the only language his father will understand - power. & now that he got the money from his cousin, he can stand on his own two feet. so bowing & taking a beating or worse is totally b.s. - i don't care that he is the father & deserves respect - that doesn't come into the equation, when he's this violent.

this felt like a filler ep, which was neither here nor there, as there was some cute, funny moments but also i can't just brush off how aggravated i was at Pop in the previous ep. unlike Hero i can't forgive or forget. so them just moving along like he didn't act like a complete & utter douche is bothering me. *************************************************************************************but on a whole cute ep, if u focus on the funny bits & no Pop getting jealous not one of them. after what he put Hero through it's just deserts. the only pity, is that Hero rushes to reassure him at every turn so can't say the satisfaction is prolonged.

this was an infuriating ep, i don't think i was ever angry at Pop's character in any adaptation like i was here. same with how i felt sorry for Hero's character. Pop didn't deserve to get forgiven so easily, after the way he acted throughout this ep. what sh*t Phailin got up to & she wasn't just forgiven, but also had his undivided attention until the end. but the person that has been catering to his ever whim, from the start he treats like garbage?!??? why cause he knows he has Hero's heart, so stepping on it a couple of time is no biggy???******************************************************************************************************************************************& i get anyone saying that Hero's kidnapping him justifies Pop jumping to conclusions, that this time around he was also involved. BUT why he have to open the door & invite Phailin into the room? why drape the towel around her & dry her hair??? be ok with her undressing & sleeping in the same room?!? she made of sugar & will melt cause she got caught in the rain?!??? she scared to be alone in the room she can take her own damn self back to her house, her arms & legs working - no??? would he enjoy the idea of Hero being alone with his ex-gf, all alone? but no, he kept acting like her chaperon even around Hero & he acts like the aggrieved party??? plz - miss me with that sh*t - so no i don't think he deserve for Hero to take him back with open arms. personally he would be dead to me & i would walk past him as if he is a stranger... sadly that's not how this drama is gonna go...******************************************************************************************************************************************side note: i like Tiger but his being Phailin's informant even after Pop demanded to know if he was the supplier of info, the 1st time around - like how stupid can one be?!? what he needed Pop to tell him "stay out & stop opening ur mouth???" as a childhood friend, shouldn't he know better - even without the need to be told.

guess in every version Hero's cousin gotta be an asshat, dude can't be anything but that & ironically Hero (& the other versions of him) could never notice what a colossal asshat his cousin was being to the person he loved. will never understand being this blind.***********************************************************************************************************************************also kinda shocked by Phailin's existence - considering until this ep, we heard hide nor hair from/of this character. unlike the OG BL she wasn't mentioned in passing. so thought she was deleted from the plot. but like how Hero dealt with his jealousy - in a healthy way (as opposed to Gu Hai, dude was wound extra tight, scarily so...). ****************************************************also Pop is more candid with his feelings unlike Bai Luo Yin, who was reluctant to cave & show his true affections, also he was scared & maybe given Gu Hai's intensity it was justifiable. Hero isn't just tame in comparison, his whole personality is more flirty, jokey, happy go lucky big fluffy puppy energy. so it fitting that this couple is mentally on the same wavelength...

the whole wedding reason & issue was wrapped up in the blink of an eye. but as this shorter then the other adaptations, i guess we don't have time to waste. **********************************************************************************************************also really like Tiger & Only but we r half way through & only now they getting some focus a a pair. if there was any type of spot light on them from the start, maybe i would be more interested. as is i find like i want their scenes to zoom by, so we will get to the mains story. which is a pity, as i pointed out already i really like both character's & they could've been a great addition to this BL, as neither actor is lacking - this down purely to writing & direction.*******************************************************************************************************************************************liked how the kiss scene was dealt with, considering (the actor playing) Pop's age, in real life. as is IMO there is more then enough tension between Pop & Hero so don't need them to be overtly sexual, to push the point that they r into each other. they doing one hell of a job as is.

even though Pop's mother is depicted as a bad-guy, i didn't think that of her that way. i got her side, like i understood Pop's inability to brush the past off & accept all she had to offer, let alone her sudden presence in his life. but i can never get over, how even after decades she kept belittling her ex (Pop's father). **********************************************************************if u've moved on & now ur in a better place with a better man - enjoy what u've got. plus u got enough on ur plate trying to regain ur sons loves & trust, let alone try to get along amicably with ur stepson. *******************************************************why treat ur ex in any way then with civility?!?? ur insulting him wont win u points with ur son & it could turn ur ex vindictive enough to make sure ur son will never come around to accepting u. the fact that Pop's father (in-spite of her behavior) will never be a mean person, that would think of retaliating is what make her a bad-guy.*************************************************************************************************************************************************must say i am really enjoying this,

i donno why, but this comes off more realistic then the OG BL, Hero beats someone he gets in trouble, same when his gf walks into a school she isn't studying in & does the same. Hero gotta pay the price. there is logic & the teachers r more realistic. i kinda like this dynamic - even the family setting was warm & welcoming. **************************************************************heck all the parents/adults here r very realist, in Stay with Me it was almost like a fairy tail, how sweet & wholesome they were. here they r completely wholesome, but also very realistic. **********************************************************************************************************************************************Hero & Pop totally pop lol (kitsch i know) but they vibe & i like how u can feel the tension between them. think them keeping it lowkey adds to the feelings IMO. i personally find this funny & fun & i am happily enjoying how this is unfolding.even loved how the situation with Hero's gf was handled. no need to drag sh*t out or turn her into a really dislikeable, despicable character, just cause she's not end goals. personally i appreciate that.

the minimart that is almost always empty, now got two employees lol... & sorry but idk what people were going on about, when they wrote that the mains got no chemistry. it may not be hot & heavy but it is certainly there - it's more subtle & yet as sweet & charming as in any other romcom - not every emotion needs to be in-ur-face. **************************************************personally i really like the style of acting & the plot so far. all the actors r brining their A game & it shows. idk why everyone is this critical. but each to their own \(〇_o)/*************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** also loving Only & Tiger, they r sweet & love that Only is totally You Qi, but Tiger isn't a delicate flower like Yang Meng - who was sweet, but also felt too fragile & the power dynamic in any relationship he had, always turned him into a pushover that everyone took advantage off & pushed around. didn't like that, as was constantly worried for him. here Tiger can hold his own & i like this character better.

this wasn't as bad as some commenters made it out to be, just cause this an adaptation, it's doesn't need to be identical. yeah it's hard to forget the OG drama, considering how intense the chemistry between Bai Luo Yin & Gu Hai was in the C-BL. but sometimes it's better that there r changes made to fit the country & the actors playing the roles. i think everything that was different here, made sense & i for one didn't think anything was lacking.********************************************************************************************************************************************was worried when i 1st saw that Poppy (Bai Luo Yin) would be played by a 16yr old. considering how intense the relationship between the mains is, was worried it would be cringe inducing. but i think turning this into something more PG wont necessarily take away from the main plot - it just will be different. like the adaptation Stay with Me from 2023. which was different, but just as good as the original. so i hope this is as fun to watch. this 1st ep was promising & i enjoyed myself. ********************************************************************************************************************************************side note; i really loved Bai Luo Yin's father in the OG & Wu Bi's family in the C-adaptation in 2023. here the father seems depressed & bland in comparison. that is a bummer cause what made this drama wasn't just the chemistry between the guys, but the fact that cause of Bai Luo Yin/ Wu Bi's family, Gu Hai/Su Yu didn't just find love but a family in meeting Bai Luo Yin/ Wu Bi. so hope this just a one off & the father character reverts back to the warm, welcoming, happy-go-lucky father figure both guys needed.

so finally Miyata decided to admit his feelings & ran after Iwanaga... big whoop - could this have been better - hell yeah. there was too much dancing around the bush, instead of being straight forward - communication is the key!& i still don't get, if Iwanaga was indeed true in his feelings, how the frack did Kyosuke have a picture of Miyata to send(?!????) in the 1st place, something doesn't fit. *************************************************************************************************************************************************& the mother sent her son to be adopted, not when she found out he was gay but when he tried to act on it. ok, but now as an adult that is openly living a gay life (i assume) what she want him to take his rightful place as heir & get married?? why she think an adult will bow to her will when the teen didn't?!??? ****************************************************************************like i said this was meeh & toxic as all hell a one & done -

Miyata is giving me a headache with his stupidity. the passive aggressiveness, the inability to speak when needed, to shut-up when not... common sense doesn't exist with this dude. ******************************************************************************i felt bad for the teen that got his heart broken. that was undeserving, get also his not rushing to confront Iwanaga. but NOW when he's faced with the man that set off this whole disaster, why not use ur brains & wonder - wonder why the person that made the bet (that u would show up for the elopement), was the one that clued u in on the bet? making sure that u wouldn't!!! why not spill the bean when in Iwanaga's office, as to who this person is (to u) & wipe that smug smile off his face?!? *************but nope, he rather be passive aggressive about the wrong things & getting tired of his words not matching his actions. he loves saying he's not in-love, that he doesn't care or even want to be in a long term relationship, but everything he does screams love & a want for commitment. he keeps playing this f*cked-up game of chicken & then is shocked when he loses. ************************************************************************************************************************************************also i really am tired of him acting like he's unworthy.... it now seems like he is fishing for compliments & it's just adding to how much i dislike his manipulative ways. i don't like Iwanaga, but i am coming to really detest Miyata.

well didn't take them long to get to the mating part lol... not shocked considering how Miyata was going about things. he might keep playing hard to get, but that's just it - it was a game, nothing but a tease. he wants (in the biblical sense) Iwanaga, maybe even more then Iwanaga wants him. but found it hilarious his rant at the end. i thought after getting laid people usually mellow down. here Miyata wound tighter then before - guess it will take more then one "try".... for it to work on him. after all he been thirsting for a couple of decades... ******************************************************************************************************************************************feel bad for Yuto, dude was used & then tossed aside, instead of moving on he was kept beside the person he's infatuated with. little wonder he can't move on. but love his b*tchy side & he get's Miyata good lol it's hilarious. Miyata has no come back & the ones he makes, r as weak as his resolve & personality - sorry not sorry.*****************************************************************************************************************************************side note: i know the looker of this BL is Iwanaga but IMO Miyata is better looking between the 2, heck he manlier too - physic wise.
