a lot of the J-drama's that r food orientated, end up being a tour of foods and/or restaurant's that offer a unique experience. which is a great way to encourage in-house touring, especially "after" the corona. even now with the vaccination's not all people want to travel, and some can't afford to, no matter the health risk situation - here u get to see places and what they offers, even if u aint a foody - this is an interesting option to have when u want a staycation or get reacquainted with ur country. **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************btw was wondering if his wife knew about his "me time", cause usually when u go anywhere, if u've got a family (especially with young kids) it is accepted - understood that u bring back something for them. that's a parents, children thing - so here more then once i kept thinking (particularly when it something he really enjoys) wouldn't he want to share that with his wife or children ?!?) or maybe he doesn't to start anything that will then turn an enjoyment "me time" into a chore, hmmmm wonder

wow... kinda sad seeing Song so broken, heck even usually jovial Kook was somber. but given the crazy dude they were facing, not shocking. but didn't get why they thought he would feel sorry or guilty - if he was capable of feeling empathy, he wouldn't be able to commit any of the crimes he committed - let alone be psychotic and enjoy them. heck he loved it so much, he kept studying to perfect the method - who works that hard at something they don't love and enjoy? so excepting anything but a human devoid of humanity, is wishful thinking. know it's easy to say this when ur not confronted with such a person - ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************now they got to catch the other nutter - and that commissioner so made me wanna punch the screen, i get he just wants to close cases. but he got a brain? what happens when the real killer continues killing? leave that - what happens when it comes to light that Young Chun didn't commit the additional murders, they just tagged on-to him? (idk about Korea) but in any other country his punishment would get over turned, and it would be a whole mess - how stupid thoughtless people like him reach the top idk but it's scary...

1st off everything fixed and working - this was So good i binged watched in a few hrs. really great plot, acting etc... also love that everything was explained, usually ton of plot-holes left open and it is what it is - but here anything weird, or off was dealt with (ok Yoshimura stepping back when he saw Yoichiro was weird, as i doubt he knew then what he knew in this ep, as the killer's identity was a mystery) same with Masayuki always insinuating everything was connected with the corruption case (which - on 2nd thought - i guess in a round about way there is a connection, so never mind ). *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************the only bit i wanna tweak, is the "karma" crap - yeah killing is bad, wrong and the law should deal with bullies and abusers. But until the law gets involved the damage and pain kids and women suffer (if they survive) is unimaginable. so someone suffering from a mental break and targeting men that r garbage, i wont cry a river. that's also why i didn't get why Ippongi couldn't understand that fact and had to ask, why Shigeru took 4 men's lives - like plz. they deserved worse in my book . ****************************************************************************************************************************************the other thing is everyone saying Shigeru abandoned his child - dude didn't know he had a kid, so how could he abandon him?!? plus i get Kotomi was angry even hated Ippongi for causing her father's death. but(!) she knew she was sick, seriously sick! so wouldn't she rather their son be with the father then random strangers? (yeah Yoichiro lucked out and got fantastic parents. but still weird). **************************************************************************************************************************************mentioning his parents OMO didn't expect to cry and their back story was heart breaking, little wonder Shigeru lost it, when he lost Mutsumi - this was a sad ending, even though positive considering all involved and their true motivation.

what an ep - where to start, first professor Tatsuya and his touchy feely interactions with Ippongi have been weird from the start (every time he saw Ippongi, he found a reason to get all handsy with him, always making Ippongi push him of) but this time, even the subber mentioning it, OMO i lost it - but don't think - even for a sec he's "Vaccine" plz (think the sec he involved himself in that interview (mentioning "Vaccine") he signed his death warrant) like i Never believed, the so called "threatening phone calls" made to the wives (not that there weren't any calls) but that the threat was b.s - as in, there was never a gf or "woman" involved. it was just an excuse to throw off the cop's, if anything, them being abusers was the main reason they were all targeted. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************also i didn't get the whole Ebara, Ishibashi situation - or Ippongi letting go off either man considering we talking serial killer here, and yet he ready to leave one to go meet with him and the other to go un questioned? was weird to me that he didn't try and point out the obvious in each situation, that it wasn't him being nosy, but it was about stopping a murder that was on a rampage *****************************************************************************************************************************************************************also why did it seem like Yoshimura recognized and tried to evade Yoichiro?!? is he Yoichiro's father? and now have a feeling the nurse that worked for Ishibashi, is the woman that left her baby... *****************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note - love the man-crush Yoichiro has developed on Ippongi, let alone how flattered and flustered Ippongi got knowing this - that was such a sweet, cute, light moment.

this is so much fun and yet frustrating - so many annoying character's all with their own agenda, where u start to get annoyed and yet that doesn't make them bad people - ironically, even though they r profiting off of people's deaths. and i get the cops r just doing their job, but they also frustrating to watch. cause most of it feels like ego, and not just logical suspicion, let alone a waste of resources (following Ippongi). ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************thankfully Yoichiro story was cleared and now we "get" who the old dude (doctor Ishibashi is), let alone why he got Yoichiro's birth-certificate & how he's involved. even though it's just his word, that he found the baby (which btw, what a freakin cute, smart baby they found to play Yoichiro in infancy freakin adorable!!!) on his door step. so he himself is still suspect. maybe his wife abandoned him and left their baby and he gave it to the Ebara's who wanted a child, but couldn't conceive? (but his body type doesn't match the killers. plus there NO Way he can easily jump over the rail, just to throw over the 2nd victim to his death plz )... so still donno who i suspect as "Vaccine". ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************also idk why inspector Masayuki keeps mentioning the corruption case that destroyed Ippongi life - how and why would that have anything to do, with what is happening now? just weird and makes him more suspect. Yoshimura going to the kindergarten where Kotomi worked is a misdirect - i think lol

must say this whole ep was a total misdirect - throwing u one clue, that will lead u one way and then another that is in the opposite direction. like i mentioned in the previous ep, i doubt Ebara is "Vaccine" but throughout this ep, all we got was bigger and bigger hints at his involvement, even the scene where we see the killings, u see a fit younger build that couldn't be that decrepit professor or that older dude that had Ebara's birth-certificate. and then u get the "clue" in the letter, that's word for word something Yoshimura said in the previous ep, and in a round about way u could say he fits the build of the killer, but he is taller. *********************************************************************************************************************************so everything is meant to confuse. even the cops reaching the conclusion that it's an inside job (in the news paper) is to muddy the waters. even more so WE wont guess who is really behind this mystery - which is great, cause then u haven't figured anything out at the start of the drama, and u will be glued to the screen until the final ep. which is great! this whole drama is really turning out great and happy i can binge watch this on the weekend ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************also the killer saying the second victim was random is crap - if that was the case he wouldn't chose someone who's MO is more or less like the 1st person he murdered, and even though we know nothing about the 3rd victim. it's easy to assume he was an abuser and a womanizer - also if he was among the people smoking on that building wouldn't be safe to assume he works there? or random people of the street can just goin into any company just cause they need a smoke?!?

didn't expect it to take off at the start - great 1st ep. and have to say the subber is totally cute, love them worrying about mistakes and their little reminder's - i'm just grateful that someone took the time to translate this drama for people like me ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************a lot of interesting character's.. idk but have a feeling Masayuki Ushijima (the officer that was trying to prevent Ippongi from releasing the on-going investigation info and then just "hinted" at who the corrupt official was - i.e Kotomi (his gf's) father) is totally shady, and have a feeling he more involved in that story and maybe even in Shiraishi's "suicide" - time will tell. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************also Ogawa the counselor is really sweet, but Yoichiro sadly and scarily has "school shooter" vibes (even though have a feeling he not the killer, and his father who lied to him is involved) and as she trying to get him to open up, he might break and "take her out" first - so hope she doesn't get hurt, trying to help. (about the real killer idk a lot of Q's like who is that old dude that had Yoichiro's birth-certificate and why?! also is his mothers dead also a clue? as in the killer's 1st victim?...). ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note - professor Tatsuya is just disgusting - how women girls fall for decrepit old fart's like him idk. just sad to see, as he has user and abuser written all over his revolting ass

Aish what a place to stop (even though with the previews everything ended well), so don't have to wait until next ep, to be sure of that fact. ***************************************************************************************************************************as is waiting for this drama to get up-dated - feels like ages have passed since ep 6 aired. couldn't stop coming back to check when this would get subbed. hell of an ep. and have to say (mentioned this in the past) really thankful that even though there is an never ending line-up of bad-guys, but every few ep's they "get" the guy. and it's very satisfying to watch a drama, where u don't have to wait until the bitter end, to see the psycho get caught - maybe just me, but those type of drama's really depress me. **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************was also gratifying seeing everyone working together - yeah butting heads, and yet managing to make it work. but didn't get Yoon and Bong Shik not handcuffing a "person" that admitted to 18 (or was it 13 i wasn't paying attention) murders?!? why show him any compassion is beyond me - like talk stoopid move **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side note - how could Woo Joo take his journalist friend to their work room?!? i don't get it. isn't it a "no no"?!? like obviously all that info is confidential?!? No??? or cause he knew Song and Kook were otherwise occupied with the "suspect" he wouldn't get caught? i so confused about what is going on there, is he feeding her info? isn't he worried kook and Song would find out - that's jeopardizing his job oh idk time will tell **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************also Hope they get that pathetic loser that was stabbing women - whenever he saw a man, he ran the other way, even if the dude was smaller then him - he so scared cause he a loser that feels big - hurting females that he deems weaker then his sorry ass ugh

well that kiss made me forget everything, which is a great thing, cause Yeon Seok smokin and if that wasn't enough, he knows how to kiss. but need to say this, that "master" needed to get punched in the nuts. i know anyone in Dolsoi's position wouldn't live after, but as is he lost his life just cause he dared to fall in-love above his position. so i would've loved him just getting one good punch in - they both were in the right position, literally ........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................and loving cupid / 9 tailed fox - she keeps setting things up for Yeon Seok and pushing him out of his comfort zone, making him confront his feelings and the situation. she a good friend to have. ..............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................btw the previews not confusing as worrying - thought Ha Yeon was more then "fan-girling" over his favorite author, that he had a crush on him (that's why he kissed him). or was it "forget what happened" cause he planning to move to the US once he finishes his assignment?!? hmm either way Yeon Seok (who is finally ready to accept the "situation") is in for a hard time. ironic that he was worried Jin Hyeok was the hurdle...

glad his friends found out - another good ep but have to say i keep wondering about Ren Yu, i get he clueless about humans, but he not stupid. like him telling the teacher while Jiang Jiang the douche and others were in that class, that Cong Jian slashed Cannon 's tiers and Long Jie knew - yeah he was trying to understand the motivation, but logically wouldn't one "get" that, that info could get both Long Jie and Cong Jian into trouble? (as in that's a secret and not that it's against the law or that a teacher is duty bound to educate and thus punish) heck the teacher a better guy then expected, cause another guy would as a teacher punish one or both cause that is a crime - but i guess what with being a merman he really is clueless - heck dude keeps going to eat at the house a very sketchy dude. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************6 more ep's to go and who knows how many days out of the 49 days have passed, but really wishing this has a happy ending cause like both leads and each is funny and sweet in his own way and deserves a good end

well ironically this ending make's sense - Jun Ho telling Min Hyun at the end "... that even if it was one more day, he would want to spend it with him..." is him wishing for one more day without consuming his blood - cause as we heard previously - he is unsure how much blood he would need to turn, so instead of taking a guess/chance and hurting Min Hyun. he just sacrificed himself maybe it was love, but also there was guilt about his previous lover, let alone Hae Soo. so to me it was him kinda making peace with the punishment - morbid logic ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************and have to say in-spite being annoyed at how Hae Soo was "taken out" and declaring my disinterest in the mains (lol) this was a good ending, considering some others i've watched, where it was just far-fetched and illogical. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************also must applaud the duo, think this is the first BL in a while where both seemed so comfortable with each other and in their own skin, in a very intimate scene. it felt natural and sweet (not exploitative, just to titillate) and gave me butterflies cause of how convincing they both were with how they feel towards each other - took me out of everything i was thinking previously and left me fixated on the beauty - so bravo. sad that Jun Ho couldn't leave a last keep-sake (the ring) for Min Hyun, that symbolizes love - a bond. but Min Hyun found his picture, so something better then nothing. not perfect but not bad either, good job on the acting - plot needed work

this zoomed by (fast forwarded most of it) Potato Potahto can't stand most of the character's here. other commenter's like Thanu - think he is as insufferable as Wayu, his "acting" is tepid at best. like Wayu he loves to spend scenes with that pained look, like he constipated and suffering. what's fun/interesting about that or him?the only interesting thing in this is when side character's come on, like Padbok - who is he?!, where he come from?!? and what was that all about??? but more importantly(!) can we have more of him... cause every ep until now is like flogging a dead horse. it's dead! this plot died in Gen Y S1 when the writers decided to make it all about Wayu - and not Wayu and... nooo!!! this all about Wayu - the universe revolves around his ass according to this production - why is an enigma that i could care less to solve. but it for sure hasn't helped Bas the actor, cause whatever u call what he is doing in this - acting it is Not! ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Kit and Mark another tragedy - it's a bad running joke, the uke playing hard to get - never ending seeing Mark kiss Kit's feet, bow and plead for a smile let alone to breath the same air and be around each other. like a normal. asking too much?!? Kit's time precious i guess, he not even got time for Pha who's days r numbered, but time to be in a moronic play - yup. ugh whatever ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** need i even mention Pok? or Tong? but Tong a masochist that keeps going back to his abuser, so of course they gonna reunite so Pok can force himself (yet again) on him and that will be their happily ever after - bad joke but i'm the only one mentioning this so never mind... ****************************************************************************************************************************************not forgetting Jack and Koh they do their best but considering the mess the majority of this is it's really putting too much on them - they can't save this unless this drama just focuses on them. which Won't happen as i mentioned at the start of this comment this a "Wayu party of one"

so that's how u kill a vampire?!? not stake to the heart?, no ripping off heads? just choking - a bit anticlimactic if u ask me - but heck i aint a happy camper, cause poor Hae Soo - they did the dude wrong. dude confesses his love only to get the ultimate rejection?!? death??! really - ok *****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************but now i really could care less if one is drained or the other turns into bubbles - smoke or air... for me this ended - yeah will be back to see how this supposed to end. but it's lost it's charm and it's ironic as i was rooting for the mains until this sad ass ep
Was this review helpful to you?
seriously WTF was this ep - what is the writer thinking?!? one more moronic then the other, and talking about the character's here. *********************************************************************************************************************************i donno about anyone else, but to me Phai looks like he's in-love with Sandee. while Sandee looks like he the aggrieved party, that's blackballing not only Phai but that whole group of friends - heck does Sandee interact with anyone in that collage?!? so weird and if that not enough, we got fragile flower Wayu, who keep's tripping over his own two feet and fainting at the drop of a hat, and Pha is the dude that's supposed to be at deaths door like can this dude Not be the center of attention? will it kill him if he doesn't turn drama Queen and make everything about himself, at every turn?? now he acting like the martyr that's gonna give up on love, cause his "nursing" will save Pha, pssh plz dude can't walk without assistance, here his younger brother stronger and smarter then this dude ugh i so can't... ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************and if all this wasn't enough (wont even touch the b.s between Pok and Tong like plz - if i was Tong would say "good riddance to bad rubbish", but nah some people into pain ...) - back to the point, Kit - he had a sec of normalcy where he acted like a caring, loving warm partner after Mark spent 2Moons and Gen Y S1 courting this stuck-up, high maintenance, self imposed queen - ass, that treated Mark like he beneath him at every turn. and now that (Again!) Mark cause of love is sacrificing his heart and ready to have a far distance relationship, just to enable Kit to get the once-in-a-life-time scholarship. what does drama queen # 2 do?!? act like an immature moron - guess this is how u treat someone u "love with all ur heart" plz - so much b.s in this ep i just can't...
Was this review helpful to you?
must say i enjoyed this ep - cause finally something is happening(!!!). yeah agree with everyone wanting to whoop Sandee's ass. but lets face facts he a bad-guy and in every confrontations he was hit and pushed first, he just verbally returned as good as he got. don't mean i like him any better, or think he justified in messing with anyone's life. but he uses his brain and i rather him, then someone like Pok who's "go too" is using physical violence, worse sexual violence. and it all being ignored or brushed aside, cause he the aggrieved party ? nah! Not ok. but his and Tong's relationship started off on rocky, sketchy ground - which was more toxic then healthy - so not astounded.... **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************btw loved Phai getting elbowed. he deserved that - he had the audacity to sit there listening to his friends, acting like he doesn't know why Sandee's acting mental - when he knows that and more... but he still acting coy, why?!? guess Sandee more important to him then everyone. so him running after Sandee just to tell him, if he doesn't stop they wont be friends, like seriously?!? oh whatever he like Wayu, an annoying character that keep's acting like a martyr/ saint when they far from. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************the Mark kit situation was whack and yet understandable. if u take Kit's personality into consideration. i think the reason Mark didn't "accept the offer" was cause he felt it was like sleeping with a drunk person who wanted sex, and he wanted them both to be in the right head space for their first time - very commendable - but Mark was always a stellar guy (character) and bff.
