must say this felt unfinished - not cause it was lacking - but what can one except from one episode - watching this i was sure this was just made to redeem Terrance's character, who was a major douche in the drama Gameboys, and his "sorry" or apology didn't wipe out the dent made by his character.
that's why when he and Wesley hit it off, everyone watching mirrored Pearl's disgust. so here he is being humanized, so he (his character) will be worthy either of Wesley or whoever.. but i think his interaction with Achilles - or putting him off once again, for greener unknown pastures (that ironically turned out to be Wesley..) makes u wonder is this dude really someone, i should care and root for?!?

in this one episode the only one that shined for me - the one i want more off and hope he gets his place to shine is Achilles, he was sweet, vulnerable and yet strong with a huge heart that i feel has been trampled over too many times, so i for one hope he gets a part in the 2nd season or a spin-off of his own.

at the start i didn't like how pushy Jae Hyeon was, yeah he "fell" the sec he saw Seung Jun & was already pursuing him. but anyone with eyes could see that Seung Jun was skittish & weary of his own shadow. Jae Hyeon needed to rein himself in, a bit & follow Seung Jun's lead. even though given Seung Jun mindset, i wonder if a little pushing wasn't what he needed to come out of his shell. even though Jae Hyeon's approach was a bit much, he broke through Seung Jun walls & made Seung Jun want to live instead of just exist.

what i found infuriating is that Seung Jun regarded & spoke of Kim Ju Won as his ex & not a groomer or a predator - as he was both. in his position, he had his pick among all the young talent that were desperate to make it & he abused that power. so Seung Jun even yrs later not coming to this realization bothered & saddened me. i understood why he took it so hard - he was an orphan that thought he finally found a safe haven, an person that was family & that person used, betrayed & then humiliated him. hard to just get over that kind of heartache - which was more a destruction of the soul. so i get why he was so traumatized even yrs later.

idk why Kim Ju Won decided he wanted Seung Jun back - given his position he would always have "fresh meat" but i guess we needed the drama for a reason; to push / force Seung Jun to face his fears & confront them. i would rather he talk to Jae Hyeon & not ghost him, cause Kim Ju Won popped into his life. but i guess we also needed the big blow-up for them to part ways, while Seung Jun fixed his life & got justice. cause as much as Jae Hyeon wanted to fix things for him, Seung Jun needed to do that for himself & when he was ready to face Jae Hyeon, he wrote him a song & the rest is history.

with everything going on, with all the character's & their baggage. i think the one my heart went out too was Lim Ho Yeon, he loved Seung Jun & was always there to pick up the pieces. but when Seung Jun was read to love, he never even looked his way. which was sad, but also logical as in Seung Jun's eyes Lim Ho Yeon was a brother, family so he could never think of him in anyway but platonic & that's a realization even Lim Ho Yeon reached, that's why he never confessed. cause of that selfless act of sacrifice, my heart broke for him.

even though this was a very short BL, a lot was covered & the logic of how everything of how everything unfolded was sound. even the ending was fitting. it didn't feel rush or unfinished. is it perfect, no but for a short BL this was very good. well acted & much better then a lot of other BL's i've seen come out recently. for sure a rewatch & will happily recommend this.

this was too short & it felt like there were areas that needed more exploration / light for this to maybe be really good. this was ok & had potential, the acting was good - so bummer.

1st off everyone assuming An Sung Woo was the older brother, i don't think so - either way what happened to the other 10 boys that were adopted?!? was the mothers mental issues too much to handle?! wont blame them considering the husband/father wasn't ready to stick around & left his sick wife for his young son to handle. & that would also explain An Sung Woo's automatic animosity towards Lim Ji Hoon, why play nice with someone that wont stick around?!? no need to put on an act when they were alone - that's why he told him to do it in front of mother.... cause they were all putting on an act for her mental health. that's also the reason for all the adoptions.

given An Sung Woo's family situation i aint shocked he wasn't ready to dump that baggage on Jae Min, maybe fearing he would run like his own father did. while Jae Min wanted that they share more then physical intimacy. ironic that avoiding telling him about his family, still made Jae Min leave.

given what Sung Kyu's Father told Lim Ji Hoon at the door makes me wonder what problems did he have in his previous home? orphanage?!? did he know that Lim Ji Hoon was gay? were the 'boys' he mentioned, Lim Ji Hoon's ex-partners that got caught? or were they bullies, that found out his secret & were causing him trouble?!? can guess at his life before coming to the An household, but his 'clocking' Sung Woo made it clear that it was the case of 'it took one to know one' - think even Sung Woo figure this out.
given Ji Hoon's age (that means u usually don't get adopted) i aint shocked that he was ready to do anything to stay in that house in-spite of the mental issues of one & the animosity of the other. but i guess other then realizing Sung Woo was gay, he was also attracted to him. but then i wonder what was that look about when Sung Woo kissed him before leaving for school?!? that look left me wondering, did he pull Sung Woo into the shower cause he felt the mutual attraction ,or he could use that to stay in that house? but it didn't look like Sung Woo was gonna try & push him out, he needed someone to shoulder the burden that was his mother. like i said this needed more.... so i could really enjoy what i watched. it was ok on a whole but one off

wanted to watch this ages ago cause of Ray Chang, since seeing him in We Best Love: No. 1 For You & warming up to him in We Best Love: Fighting Mr. 2nd, Meow Meow Boss & I Am Sorry, I Love You - wanted to check out more of his work & found this. but had a gut feeling that this would be sad, so put this off for yrs... & this had a very gloomy atmosphere from the get go IMO, even as kids there was this somber undertone to everything. by the end everyone was crying & i am sitting here wondering WTF.

from the one sentence description, i assumed Shane & Jonathan already were attracted to each other, but cause of "society" didn't act on it... Carrie showing up, falling for Shane allowed Shane to distance himself from the person he loved or some such... not the case - 1st off Carrie moved to their town cause she "met" Jonathan via the school news paper & i guess they fell in-love. but when they were together & tried to consummate their love, Jonathan realized he wasn't attracted to women. maybe he always knew he was attracted to boy's/men & specifically to Shane & (ironically) Carrie was his attempt at forcing himself into being "normal", but that attempt made him face reality.

what i don't get is why Carrie, who understood that Jonathan didn't just reject her cause he was gay, but that he was in-love with Shane - her then turning to Shane, cause she was hurting. was that a subconscious way of hurting Jonathan for rejecting her?!? bitchy move - sorry not sorry.

also ironically i usually hate the trope; where one friend falls in-love with his bff & then cause the bff doesn't feel the same & never will, said friend decides on his own, not only enough is enough, but it's time to cut ties without consulting or giving their bff a heads-up. but this time around, i got Jonathans pain & he did try to tough it out... but given how he was physically losing it, i get his need to end things.
what i don't get (again) why the frack Shane f*ck Jonathan?!??? did he always know that Jonathan saw him as more then a friend, but as he didn't feel the same he ignored it/played dumb. but now that he was gonna lose Jonathan, he slept with him to keep him by his side?!? if so, another douche move cause 1. he is in a relationship with Carrie & 2. what he gonna offer Jonathan? the mistress role?!? or his taking them to the beach, was him trying to find the words to suggest an open relationship, a throuple??

either way i aint as impressed as others watching, cause this was very confusing half way towards the end, all 3 crying instead of talking, didn't help & then it just cut off - like is that supposed to help me understand this plot any better?!? idk i guess i needed clarity & more dialogue between Shane & Jonathan - this wasn't satisfying or enjoyable to me.

this was a very short (blurred) porno, the acting wasn't good & the plot was unrealistic. IMO - the chick was a "bread" with mental issues & an alcoholic to boot. so the fact she was up for anything, isn't shocking - as she wasn't right in the head & ironically or not, the guys were all the bad stereotype's that r told about gays.

the fact it all turned out happy families & rosy, positive ending - is hella far fetched IMO - but whatever - didn't spend too much time watching the mains basically f*ck & s*ck their way through this "movie" to a happy end. personally felt bad for the "beard" who in reality would sooner or later suffer from a mental break down & add the amount of liquor she consumed, i doubt she would live more then a few yrs.
given the fact her doctor husband was doing nothing to really help her , just helping maintain the health - she wouldn't survive & then he could be a "sad" widow, that was grieving his wife & would not get pestered by the world or his parents to re-marry ever again. but by the end the only character i felt bad for, is the unborn child she is carrying - what a messed up situation to be born into & more then the threesome, i am talking about the personalities of the "parents" they all f*cked in the head.

so this wasn't worth the little time i wasted watching & this for sure not a rewatch.

am conflicted as the plot was kinda shallow & it could've been more = written better - relying less of the simulated sex scenes that were the entirety of this movie & it's a pity, cause i think it could've been better.
if u want to make an erotica or light porno this is the way to go, but then i hope the people performing knew what they were getting into, as i doubt the mainstream entertainment industry will give them an opportunity & for people that r desperate to become famous actors, that r recognized as such - it feels exploitative. so i hope i am wrong. (even though in the comment section i read that one of the actors is an AV actor so maybe they knew idk...).

i started off by saying that i feel conflicted & that's cause Masashi's attraction can be directly connected to his being groomed by his ex-boss. who knows when it started. he mentioned a couple of times that he lost his father at a very young age & from then on his mother turned to the guy that became his "boss" & he gave them money to cover debts & to further Masashi education, even supporting their household - making sure that Masashi's mother would allow such a kind, generous man that was her & her sons savior, access to her son. in her eyes am sure he was now a father figure that could guide her son in his dead father's stead. this is what pedo's do & Masashi feeling obligated, suffered in silence. so even though he hated how he was being used & abused, there was a part of him that started getting twisted & that explains his attraction to older men. which is sad when u think about it - but that could've been explored more.... it wasn't -

Toshio & Kaito romance was the usual drama - if the aspect of the fear of coming out was dealt with in a different way. even plot with the chick that was attracted to Toshio was spiced up, something but the rushing over important plot points to just get to the none stop sex scenes - that made me uncomfortable cause i didn't know uf th guys were enjoying themselves or just sufferings through it... maybe this could've been better - as is this a one off & a never again.

this was surprisingly good & as have come to hate these short-short BL format's that have been popping out like mushrooms after the rain. cause usually u find maybe a couple of ep's & the rest isn't to be found (not by me) so ur left wondering WTH is the point of even starting something like this... so get why so many comments r negative & with low rating.
but this time i found all 60 ep's & even though it's short, cause i binged - it felt like a movie with a ton of built in intermissions lol... so i genuinely enjoyed this well written & acted BL.

from the little we get in the description i assumed Yun Je was the average psycho, loner that was (in his spare time) searching for his next victim. so was kinda shocked when i saw him at the start with not one but 2 side-character's. was wondering if maybe it was all in his head & he also suffered from schizophrenia... but that wasn't the case - he not a loner or a psycho & those side character's were real & his bff's.
also we get a flash back where in their teens, Jin Hyeok comes to Yun Je's house asking if he could crash - so they knew each other. a lot was left out of the description which made figuring out the plot that much more interesting.
it was sweet, sad, fun & entertaining from start to finish - even the romance was lowkey but simmering in the background & made u like everyone that much more.

two hurting souls that found each other & were there for each other from start to finish - even if it took a while for both to realize this fact. think the only bit that was whack IMO was when Jin Hyeok says he found the bracelet near his father's body - to him that didn't mean anything but being grateful towards to person that helped him. to me it was something that would implicate/incriminate him in his father's murder. but other then this bit, everything was really well written & acted by all. this was a fun watch & i highly recommend binge watching this - for sure a rewatch.

side note: this more 59 ep's, the last is the cherry on top - a blooper reel which was so sweet, fun & funny as they usually tend to be. but for sure an added bonus. repeating highly recommend!!

didn't find this as depressing as the OG Korean movie (this was adapted from), maybe cause here at the end, both mains were alive. so didn't get why they chose to bungee jump other then the fact, it was written in the OG movie.

the start was cute, very adorable if u put aside how gay people were treated in Thailand in the late 90's - the fact that cause of Aids all the gay students were rounded up to get abused = "treated" for their "affliction", with the approval of their own parents, was horrifying. so in the midst of this, seeing Dew & Pob's love bloom was beautiful & yet terrifying. the out come wasn't shocking - one or the other would be more worried about getting outed.

get & yet don't, Pob lashing out at the one person that was in the same boat as him. but maybe it was convenient to put the blame on Dew, then he could wash his hands off his sexuality & put it behind him. find it ironic that both times Pob was the one making the decision, that Dew paid for.
Natcha told him she wanted to lead a normal life & Pob should've stopped then & there (especially if he loved Dew & felt guilty for what he had done) but Pob is selfish & he couldn't see beyond his own wants & needs. twice Dew had to pay the price. (even if Natcha doesn't die at the end - like i assume. she can't go back to her life as if nothing happened - cause of the clip of her hugging her teacher).

as in the OG movie i think that Pob (his character) should've take this opportunity to help the person he loved without disrupting their lives, if they recalled their past life that is something else. but actively hounding them & then choosing to destroy his own life & theirs isn't love. love is sacrifice, love is giving - he should've taken this opportunity to help Natcha/Dew achieve everything he couldn't in his previous life. & if in another life they were meant to be together, maybe this sacrifice (on his part) would bear fruit & they would end up together & have their happily ever after.

this a one off, even though enjoyed this don't feel like i wanna rewatch...

this was depressing, idk why the virgin chose to lose his virginity in a one night-stand - with a stranger that only came to smash.
there was no conversation to be had, not before & not after. even though the virgin tried his damndest, his every question got blocked, anyone answering a question with a question means the other guy was avoiding answering & wasn't looking for anything more then what he came for & got.
other then the fact that this isn't safe; not only talking STD's but who knows what sociopath u could meet & then what could've been done to him. very dangerous. but ur 1st sexual experience being a one night-stand can leave u disillusioned & jaded about love & romance.
the fact they meet in the street afterwards (after a period of time had passed) & the virgin (again) asks his name, doesn't necessarily mean a happy ending, where the experienced dude suddenly is interested in developing something between them (as after bumping into the ex-virgin, recognizing him he was ready to walk away like he didn't know him). so this was just sad IMO

i get that when these movie(s) were made, the tsundere personality was very "in" & depicted in almost every manga, web novel, animation etc... so every adaptation would have a main character with an initially harsh personality who gradually reveals a warmer, friendlier side over time & as was never a fan of this personality type - maybe that is why i aint 'falling in-love' with this series like others have, idk....

what i know is that Arata who came off as a cold, but good guy (in the previous movie), where in the description he is made out to be Gii's love rival, who is gonna steal Takumi away. turns out to be a good guy with a rough exterior, that came to "shake-up" Gii into rethinking his strategy & approach with Takumi, given the new obstacle's that appeared & would keep coming into his life, given his family & their statues in society.
didn't like his relationship with Takabayashi, but i preferred it to what we got in this movie between him & Shingyouji, cause at least Takabayashi didn't come off as a naïve, love-sick puppy that was in over his head. Shingyouji cause of his personality seems younger, more childlike & thus the whole relationship felt exploitative to me. adding to these misgiving, was the fact that Shingyouji, in his own words says that the only thing he has got with Arata is a psychical relationship, one that is always initiated by Arata. this romance/love - how?!??

the fact that Arata kept Shingyouji hanging on, throwing him bit's & pieces of affection doesn't mean love. Shingyouji was an after thought & am sure his constant adoration was a great ego massage for Arata - who on his part didn't need to do a thing, just take what was offered & use Shingyouji when he wanted.
the fact that at some point Shingyouji had enough - made me sigh in relief, cause sorry Arata is toxic & has nothing to offer Shingyouji, as he doesn't love him IMO.
even though i didn't like Gii & Takumi's relationship - at least there, Gii warmed up & showed his affection, he didn't treat Takumi like a booty call & after they finally got together they were a couple (the fact that is hasn't been smooth sailing is neither here nor there, as there no relationship without some turmoil). but with Arata there was No declaration of love, no confession other then ownership & telling Shingyouji he was Arata 's dog.... if anyone told me that, i would bite him leaving a scar for life & then leave.

but cause of the kiss/es (which admit were the hottest to date - including all movies, also admit that Arata is the best looking guy so far) everyone gaging over the "romance"?!? ok, i guess... not my cup of tea - so idk what awaits in the next movie with these two - after this movie, not that thrilled to find out lol

who the f*ck is Alice?!?

this the main problem when u don't speak the language - the translations or the translator can mess with ur ability to understand what is really being conveyed & sadly i have not found a good translations for either movie in this series.

but on a whole this was better & yet somehow not (given other LGB movies that i have seen). the depressing theme persisted & have to say the only person i liked was Ke Luo, this character even made me like Shu Nian (& it's not that Shu Nian is a dislikeable character per-say), it's just that i can't with his subservient personality. when it comes to Xie Yan, his family or anyone in his circle, Shu Nian turns into this weak, groveling non-human. which i get & yet i don't like.
there were moments where he stood-up to Xie Yan, but on a whole he let everyone push him around - even the new crazy woman in Xie Yan's life.
btw WTF was her deal?!? the reason her eye's lit up when Xie Yan told her he wasn't into women, was cause she's gay. but then why did she come to mess with Shu Nian?!? not only to mess with his head, but to frame him with intentionally poisoning her food???? didn't get the logic behind that move.... but she is crazy, so never mind.

given Shu Nian's personality, the debt he felt towards Xie Yan & his family, let alone the disapproval from Xie Yan's father i doubt there could've been a positive outcome to this romance... as being an orphan Shu Nian couldn't be the cause of Xie Yan cutting ties with his family & being disinherited too boot. that is a burden i doubt he could or would carry - that's why he chose to run away, leaving as he had come into that house - with nothing. like i said depressing!

talk depressing, everyone is going on about the forbidden love as if this some sordid animalistic attraction. this was more about Yoon Ha, he was a lost soul all alone in the world, who found solace in a kindred spirit, Jung Bun. she didn't treat him like a kid & was as lost as him - like she said "...just cause she was older, didn't mean she wasn't as helpless & lost..." just another disconnected human like him, that had lost everything & was doing the best to survive & even though their interaction was only as street vendors, he helped her as much as she helped him - they were equals.
when she suddenly disappeared from his life, he felt abandoned all over again & meeting her again by chance a decade later "Felt like kismet" & as a young adult man, with all those hormones flaring it was natural that he felt attraction to the women who was his other half in suffering, loss & pain.
just now as an adult, he could shoulder her pain & help her as a man - add the hormones & he wanted to be more then just a comrade in suffering. but given her daughter's infatuation, let alone societies norms, she knew she couldn't encourage him in any way, that's why she ran -

personally i just felt sad for both - for different reasons. i don't see this as cheating - maybe forbidden love & the ending was depressing. but what other outcome could there have been. i don't agree with the daughter's commentary at the end - she was being petty, like her mother acted petty by taking the power box. it was cause her ego got hurt, when her daughter told her a woman her age couldn't were power, as people would laugh.
sorry, but just cause u r a mother doesn't mean u lose ur sense of self worth - u push it to the back putting ur children before urself - heck u put ur whole family before ur self, like Jung Bun did. mothers can be jealous of their daughters & vise versa, & being human they can be selfish too, doesn't mean Jung Bun was a bad mother, it for sure doesn't delete all her hard work or the love she had & gave her daughter. if anything she tried her best to safeguard her daughter, without breaking her heart, moving the 1st time & then she tried to make it clear to Yoon Ha that if he didn't love her daughter, he should stop what he was doing.

the fact that Yoon Ha was too desperate to have Jung Bun in his life, even if that meant using Mi Soo is a sad decision he came too, but he also knew that there was NO other way to keep Jung Bun in his life otherwise.

the end was Jung Bun knowing all was lost & choosing suicide by In Bun's hand. she was tired of being her sister's caretaker, watching her daughter have what she prevent herself from having. maybe keeping up the act that all was ok had become too tasking. maybe she couldn't live with Yoon Ha being near but knowing she could never lean on him, cause now being her son-in-law it would be doubly forbidden & it weighted on her soul that she wanted too, but would never dare.....
this was well written & acted, but OMG depressing.

watching this i think if the timeline was different, then it would hit harder. i get that we supposed to see this from the POV of men that can't openly love, cause society isn't open to it. & yet given that the 1st Thai BL came out in 2014 (let alone the fact that the mains r playing actors that r in a gay romance) even if the majority of Thailand wasn't OK with anything LGBT, there was enough acceptance, in certain parts. so if someone really wanted too they would fight for the right to love!

from where i sit, it seemed like more of a choice, Tul didn't want to rock the boat - he had a vision of his future & even though he loved Kan & is attracted to men, he wanted the facade of normalcy - whether for his family or just in general idk (as we didn't any back ground). but the out come was him hurting 3 people, cause of his selfishness - u could justify it & yet it is what it is. cause if u r gay, u will always be tempted - so even though Kan isn't around. Tul will stray & then what off his daughter & wife?!?
cause we have seen that when push comes to shove - Tul has no problem hurting the one he loves - cause his wishes & feelings come 1st.

& anyone mentioning the child - 1 there surrogates - sadly in a country like Thailand there enough poor people that it wouldn't be hard to find a woman (married or widowed) that would take on the job. 2. instead of marrying a normie that was duped into thinking she was being married for love, he could've seeked out a woman that was A-sexual that wanted children & more of companionship then a true partnership - guess i am over thinking this - but heck cause of this Tul's tears did mean a thing to me. i felt sorry for Kan, the unsuspecting wife & even the sweet child...

this was fine for a 1 off.

must say left feeling flat - the acting was good, but the plot wasn't my cup of tea (& not talking about the same sex attraction issue) i don't come from a devote back ground, so seeing someone this addicted to religion is foreign to me.
& yet get that as Yoo Han was all alone / an orphaned, he turned to god for comfort, as he turned to the church & the community it gave him, to be a substituent for the family he didn't have.

Joo Won to me was the embodiment of the serpent in the garden of Eden, u never got who he was or what his ulterior motive was - u just got that there indeed was one (not to mention he was shady as f*ck IMHO). he was quick to pick-up on how he effected Yoo Han. he kept getting close to him without actually crossing any boundaries, cause he suspected Yoo Han would run for the hills the sec he did.
but he kept finding ways to be in his vicinity (tempting him), kissing that girl - maybe she was another soul he needed to corrupt - one that took a bite of the apple. same as Yoo Han eventually did. also the reason he disappeared afterwards without a word - his job was done

also the reason i thought of this was cause of the girl in the prayer meet & her weird / scary dream of a serpent swallowing Yoo Han whole - considering what happened it indeed did....

the reason am left "flat" after watching, is cause this was depressing to me, Yoo Han's brainwashed attitude with religion - his lack of life & being open & vulnerable to bad people leaves me feeling depressed. so well acted but a one off

talk about surreal, OMG this was a trip & yet am confused. did any of what i saw happen? or this just Vita reading Jan Wen & Xu Axing's online web comic 🤷‍♀️ either way this Not(!) Horror (& this not the only pace it's tagged as such). get that anyone randomly shooting people is scary, even horrifying. but when u see a "Horror tag", it means something super nature, this psychological -

on a whole it was depressing & gloomy. the movie was separated into 3 acts.

the 1st half bored me out of my mind. Jan Wen walking around like a morbid, robotically depressed entity didn't arose my interest - heck i was bored out of my mind - zoning out, not even trying to bother & figure out WTH was going on, even though it was pretty straight forward so wasn't missing anything major (heck the 1st few sec already knew Xu Axing was infatuated with Jan Wen...) even before we find out he's gay.

the 2nd part was even more depressing, but at least wasn't bored - u got more of why Jan Wen walked around defeated (but for the life of me, i don't get how he goes from depressed bordering on total defeat / submission to despondency, to lets just randomly shoot people). isn't it more logical to shoot ones self & put an end to the suffering?!? u usually go shoot people cause u hate a group of people u think done u wrong - so this bit bothered me till the end.

the 3rd part was almost a rewind & re-figuration of the 2nd part - everything started off a bit different & Jan Wen chose a different path which is so much more optimistic & hope inducing until that bitter end (which makes u wonder; if someone is gonna have a bad end, is there a way to change that ultimate outcome or u doomed no matter what)...
*had to add, that i did feel sorry for Xu Axing who wasn't just infatuated but in-love with Jan Wen - after the lengths he was ready to go in the 2nd part. so even if he was ready to never admit this fact to his best-friend ever, it was all the more heartbreaking watching him long for something he would never have.

then come the after credits which left me "scratching my head" wondering WTF... so maybe i need to rewatch this a couple of time to get all the nuances / clues i missed the 1st time around. or need to understand Taiwanese let alone know more about the culture, but as this depressing & boring that wont be any day soon. ✌
