as the first part ended this started - not that it had any continuity/connection - it just started in the middle of a scene or so it felt. Nana being tied, this time to a chair in an unoccupied classroom. what bothered me the most, was the fact that the actress playing the FL seemed to be different - and spent a while wondering did she just change in a yr, enough that she seemed like a different person?!? as there's no info about the actress playing Nana in this or the previous cast& credits info on this site -
idk

this movie is more or less along the same lines as the prequel - Nana needs "breathers" that Kaoru provides. Kaoru's reactions make this hilarious - as he is also battling his own feelings towards Nana, feeling's - he feels will take away his "power" and make Nana reject him, if she notice's them - so he tries to put on an indifferent front, while still making sure he stocked-up on BDSM paraphernalia to satisfy Nana's needs.

this time around i felt more like Nana was too self-centered - it was all about her (as it was in the previous ep) but i guess Kaoru getting a chance to live out his fantasies is something - and yet he always pining for her, almost obsessed with her... and her being stoic and cold - even indifferent towards him, when around her group (heck when her bff was badmouthing him) was making it glaringly clear, that she had the upper hand - and worse she didn't really care about Kaoru, his needs or him as a person -
so this time around it was harder to like her. but the trip to the country side was much needed for them both as she realized she need Kaoru as much as he needed her (about love i'm still on the fence - as i feel to Nana, she felt they both were the same perversion wise) guess that's a type of "happily ever after" as that means it aint the end of them... and maybe Kaoru has a fighting chance.

like i mentioned in the first movie even though this BDSM themed, its for everyone as it's BDSM light (almost No nudity maybe a butt-cheek or two), and it's more about their relationship then pain and degradation - facing each other and the truth. so this as the previous part, was a enjoyable watch and i'm totally vanilla - so give it a chance i was pleasantly surprised (●'◡'●)

well talk about psychological mind f*ck - this that, on steroids. what can i say other then this infuriating - both Jungo and Hana Very messed-up individual's and u can debate about the why, from now to kingdom come - the fact that they messed-up(!) doesn't change - let alone them committing murder to keep living the way they were living.

sadly there's nothing here incomprehensible - the only bit that bothered me - well other then the blood bath scene, was like a WTF moment, as it didn't seem like their first time, that would be indictive off a loss of innocence or the slaughter of the familial bond or some such... maybe it was prophetic?!? going to show what was to come? the blood lust in them? idk, so back to the start of my sentence and what i wanted to point out - the first scene where they meet - Jungo asks Hana "where her family is" not parents, not identifying them by name, nor her for that matter - so i was sure they not related in the least and he just knowing she had no kin alive, found a good victim to train/adopt... and he did a "great" job - considering how f*cked-up she turned out -

Oshio was a good person, but i didn't get him enabling a man he said "wasn't good enough to have a family", raise a child that had just lost everything?!? and after him finding out, that was too late - him trying to take her out of the situation - like what was the point of running after her?!? the sec he ran after her i knew he wouldn't make it - stupid move, considering her reaction. not that it was justifiable in anyway - that's why the end left me infuriated, cause she out there now moving onto other men messing with them, as she will never be normal. bottom line this one messed-up puppy

overkill

talk about a bleedin tragedy - its like any sad cliché out there, all tossed into this movie to make it that much more of a tearjerker and astoundingly left me dry eyed - cause this was ludicrous !! overkill is the best way to describe this movie - even though now i'm shocked anyone survived - was sure lightning would strike, taking Eit out - for a finale. not that his ending wasn't sad - he all alone and old too boot, so what he got left to live for(?) vid's of Mehk confessing his love - big whoop
it just felt like "they" were trying to create this grand-tragedy, romeo and juliet equivalent - and it just never met the mark, in-spite of how sad almost every character was.

first off Mehk the killer for hire, suddenly got a morel code cause he gotta kill Eit - really?!? and he cares so much for his sick mother and brother, but he doesn't know what kind of living conditions they existed in? or after the big get away, where Eit succeeds in taking a blacked out Mehk to his hide out? and they on the run, but not hiding or running for that matter - even after the assassin almost gets the better of Mehk - while Eit off phoning that annoying wife of his. and they still hanging around the same place(?) cause the boss gonna send only one dude? well he kinda just sends one, and then gives-up which was weird ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ guess it was more important to show us both lead starring off into space and playing hide and go seek...

which leads me to why Mehk react like that after getting it on with Eit?!? he wasn't drugged or forced, so why wake-up and act like he was raped?!?
the whole hide and seek was also annoying, grown ass men got nothing better to do - plus lets not forget they "wanted" men - but they not got a worry in the world, let alone Mehk not worried about his family that he their only support system - ugh the plot-holes r countless.

donno even if this good as a one off - the plus point hmmm this is the first time i saw a "sponge" bath that was justified - usually u get that annoying, ridiculous scene in ever BL just so one dude can feel up the one he is salivating over - here it made sense considering Mehk was shot and unconscious for what seemed like a while, it was logical that anyone who was taking care of him would do that -
and there were a few funny scenes, even though i doubt they were meant to be funny - like Eit's wife breakin down in tears cause she sees Eit sleeping with a rag-doll - OMO come on that was hilarious and ridiculous. or the more absurd scene where Eit and Mehk make-out in the middle of the street, putting on a show for the brother, mother and wife - aish really couldn't take this movie seriously. it missed the mark - bummer

first off donno who or what Nu'est r, so just by reading the comments came to know they a K-Pop group. and as didn't know any of the actors involved, didn't know if they newbies or have acted in other "stuff" (well the only one i recognized was Serizawa Tateto as seen him as a side-character in loads of stuff. Kinami Haruka also looks familiar, but for the life off me couldn't pinpoint where have seen her. as in which dramas or movies) - now that, that's off my chest i so didn't accept to enjoy this movie - heck reading some of the comments, though it would either bore or disappoint me. Not the case, this was really good and well acted, if we talking newbies - good job by all!

this the type of movie that's more mellow and snail-paced, dialogue is minimal and u have to give it - the character's time to unfold, and u little by little start to see who they r and what makes them tick. that was the case here, so if ur not into long pauses and reading facial expressions, then u might be bored - cause not much is happening on screen - or so it seems to people who enjoy fast-paced, dialogue packet movies.

loved how even though each individual that seemed like an island at the start, when the story developed u saw how they were all connected to each other - oblivious to each other's connection they still were changed and even evolved through their connections - when they got closer or further apart. its like they were all connected by an invisible string when one "pulled", each had a minor shift in their own lives . it was sweet and magical in a way. the cause and effect shown - how our actions be it a word or a look, effect others around us that we don't even know r connected to us -

for sure a rewatch as this is totally my type of movie - just sit back and watch the movie unfold - everyone takes their time - nothing rushed. clams me idk guess just my cup of tea - find these type of movies very relaxing. plus this one was sweet, funny and heartwarming - so happily recommend.

well this was "interesting" as in Not my cup of tea - and i like movies involving psycho's. Hasumi was a true psychopath, nothing endearing or redeeming about his character. maybe cause of that, didn't like this one bit - the cop's as per usual r not only slow, but stupid and cause of that he basically gets away with a massacre - and i aint only talking about the recent events (that go down in that school), but throughout his life, dude just went about his way - exterminating people for the fun of it, and not one person caught on?!? really dark and depressing outlook in this movie -

reading the description u think Hasumi is justified in a morbid sort of way, preventing bulling and helping the weak, while bring justice to the "evil"- psssh so freakin far from the truth - dude is Nuts that's the bottom line. (as there a drama that's a prequel to this, was wondering if i needed to watch that, so will have some back-story. now gonna forgo the "pleasure" as i seriously don't need to watch anything where the bad-guy gets away with murder - considering who Hasumi is, there is no justification). if anything this was sad(!) the kids were just that kids, acting stupid and childish and even the bulling was negligible considering things i've seen - and if there were student's really being "messed with" it was by the faculty - i.e adults and Hasumi just took advantage of the situation's, he came upon to further feed his own needs for suffering and blood.

the last massacre was a megalomaniac thinking he could get away with murder, as he had his patsy set-up (and the curious student following Miya up too the roof botched his plans for that passing as a suicide). so in for a penny in for a pond - he just wanted to up his death count, as he needed to move on to a new kill arear - this was basically a slasher movie - killing for the sake and joy of it. so not for me

kinda shocked reading the negative reviews for this, cause i Loved it(!), considering the ton of BL themed dramas and movies (from Thailand) i've watched - this is up there with a good ones... the acting was stellar, the plot was interesting not cliché-y. its a coming of age and coming to terms with being gay, or rather growing up in general - i for one loved this -

Chimon (who have to admit even if i've watched any of his dramas, i can't remember) but here he / his acting for-sure made one heck off an impression - loved how geeky he was and how the sec he took of the glasses (and yeah that whole scene was a bit farfetched considering what a meek personality Nack had in general - he couldn't stand-up to bullies or anyone in that school. but some random man trying to rob a kid - that screams violent criminal - he stands-up too?!? meeh) but had to get those glasses off lol, so we (well) his love interests would finally "notice" him -

this was far from perfect and i Really would love it if the director's of these BL's would just Stop(!!!) with the sexually exploitative shots of these young actors - the close-up - slooooow shot from top to bottom focusing on sexual organs or butts, and they in nothing but speedos - like we stuck in a 1960 bad-porno ugh plz - like i know sex sells. but it just turns my stomach when i see this shit - don't care if the target is female or male - we in freakin 2021, enough already!

other then Nack, loved his homies - they such a cute pure hearted bunch - true friends. a bit miss-guided at times, but at least their heart was in the right place and when they were needed, they came through. this whole movie was kind of a roller costar ride - started off normal teens, some bullies, some friends but wholesome in general - then almost turned tragic...

what i didn't get was Pong, why he and the other effeminate gays were such b*tches towards Nack?!? and them saying "oh he's gay, but hiding it..." - like WTAF is that a reason to target the dude - and really didn't get Pong (well hated the little f*cker) he kept stalking Nack and if that wasn't enough, he kept lying to others about him and putting him in hot water - even causing a bullying and beat down incident - like why? what, just cause? i really didn't get his motivation - there were so many others in that class, why target a quite guy that was so focused on his studies (cause he could afford a tutor or to fail to get into a community collage with bad scores) cause he knew how poor they were - its just being mean cause u can -

other thing, seeing the poster one would think there some love triangle here - there isn't(!) Petch was a good-looking d*ckhead and a douche, that wanted to use Nack to release sexual tension, cause he couldn't get with his gf (who went to school not far from them) like plz. Nack may have been tempted, but he knew better then to let a douche use him - plus the sec he backed off Pong came in to "steal" his guy, which back-fired cause as Petch said himself "he aint gay" and he for-sure wouldn't be taking Pong out, as if they a couple - he used him and took what was offered but that's about it - so Pong got his - even though dude didn't learn ugh whatever..

Toy on the other hand for sure was interested in Nack and if no-one intervened they might have developed into something - but in comes Nack's mother, a neurotic, crazed bible-thumper that seeing her son (just) sleeping on the same bed with his buddy, asks him the day after "if he gay or a lady boy, and if he had sex with that man he was sleeping with.." like talk about traumatizing ur own child - let alone coming to absurd conclusion, as if they were sleeping in the buff - it was so sweet and innocent, but i guess u see what u want - and her attitude let alone her calling Toy to tell him that her son was "obsessed with him, so as he aint gay - was he?!? he should stay away from Nack,,," - like plz how could a person be this evil?!? she basically shamed and scared both boys into the closet and now even if they were peaking out - after her, it will take therapy to even contemplate who they really r - well that's the case with Toy.

Nack in despair not knowing why Toy was suddenly ghosting him, decides he had enough - but lucky his friends show-up (cause Toy still has a conscience - even if he scared to admit his true feelings and rather push Nack away) he cared enough to call them and inform them they should check-up on Nack.
then Nack is left to pick up the pieces of his heart and just focus on the normal stuff and get on with his life - no happiness or perfection - just life.. his seeing Toy after a yr with a "beard" doesn't help his heart - but given what his mother did, not shocking - Nack on the other hand should've kept his distance and not taken the hand offered in friendship from Toy, cause that would be rubbing salt in an open wound, which in-spite a yr passing hadn't even begun to heal - it would take a lot of work for him to move forward let alone be ready to find love and be true to himself in-spite of that harpy of a mother - this was a very realistic movie and i loved it

this was hilariously bad - like what else could one do if not laugh at the things going on in this movie - the first part wasn't stellar but at least it made some kind of sense - the rich kid got sent off and the poor one had to tough-it-out and bare the brunt of the humiliation, from his family and his soundings - ironic that the same guys that were egging Lu Feng to kiss Xiao Chen, were the same ones shaming Xiao Chen when they found out they were in a relationship - guess its cool being gay as long as its just fun and games - stoopid logic ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

but this was like WTF is going on - for one that brother of Xiao Chen's who was so gay(even before we saw this part of the movie i guessed to that fact in the 1st part) so why he not support his brother and his bf(?), when they got together why he and his bf treat Lu Feng as the bad-guy that wasn't worthy of Xiao Chen - and shouldn't be around him??. considering they in the same boat - shouldn't these morons commiserate? or just cause they weren't outed, so not their problem?!? that's why i kinda got Lu Feng losing it on the pair and going after them, when Xiao Chen ghosted him out, cause of that annoying mother - talk guilt trip - this woman was a master in that crap - everyone should've informed her that Lu Feng's money-bags rich and a boss to boot, pretty sure she would've been all smiles and open arms then... plz

and then from ridiculous to absurd - think the person that wrote this crap was the same person that wrote Addicted - Lu Feng drug's and then basically confine Xiao Chen in his place - raping him on the daily?!????? guess this a new type of romancing and foreplay?!?? like WTAF - who comes up with this sh*t and people loving it - guess stockholm syndrome is the new way to get ur man?!??? which considering Xiao Chen saving Lu Feng is - idk i'm at a loss at the absurdity of this plotline

so the brother walking around scot-free after shooting a person - brother or not he took a freakin gun from a cop and shot someone, who ended up in a come - he not doing time ? guess his bf indeed connected.. and that not enough that ending aish, guess "they" wanna milk this for a part 3 of this travesty? well read enough comments of people rooting for it, so idk what's to say - other then this will never be a rewatch or a recommend. one off was fine but nah this not even mildly good

OMO i saw this a while back on the tube and have to say - this is good - This is a really cool concept and I loved the execution! Three different couples performing the same dialogue and scene, seeing them play it out slightly, differently according to the couple involved, was really fun to watch. each was funny and sweet in a different way.

The first were the girls - and there was no aggression there, but more attraction if denial and then intrigue, that made them come together. with that sweet kiss.

The second couple were male and female and i laughed more cause the girl was the aggressor and seeing the guy panic was funny - but it felt short, just cause the kiss was bleeh - brings me back to all the kissing scenes in Kdramas where the FL turns to stone and can't react - cause if u react ur basically "the whore of babylon". so that takes u "out of the enjoyment of the moment" - and was a bit disappointing after the first couple.

The last couple Aish :D maybe its the fujoshi in me, or the let down after the straight couple - but this was so good, funny, cute and yummy (yeah XD i know) but y'all get it - its two guys and they were funny, cute and aggressive verbally - tough-guy act hard to let go off... and their kiss omo made my cheeks hurt, i smiled so hard... and the only kiss that had butterflies going haywire in my stomach... it was short but Very sweet -

as someone who has "come" after watching Bad Guys the drama series (season 1) this was wack... and dunno if the vid that was uploaded was the prob or what. cause there were scene that just jumped from one to something else and maybe that was also the problem in me dis-liking this.
i guess the movie was made cause the series was such a success, if so why they rewrite so much?!? they completely deleted Lee Jung Moon's character as if he didn't exist. which given as he was one of the favorites (going by all the commenter - me i favored Jung Tae Soo, the Hitman lol ) was a WTH moment. mentioning Jung Tae Soo, he found religion in prison, so saw him for a shot or two, not enough but - it is what it is.

they also changed the original story, revolving around the big bust of the human organ trafficking not the sick, nut-job Prosecutor (i would think that was a way bigger story, but again whatever).

Mi Young also got a mention, and ironically her she was supposedly one of the good-guys that kicked-ass in the drama - total B.S. but i guess if u r already rewriting "history" why not go all out. and as she wasn't a favorite of the viewers, she was injured at the beginning and that was that of her.
instead of her we got vixen Gwak Noh Soon, a.k.a Jessica the annoying. her sexy seductress ass was freaking annoying, so glad when "sh*t hit the fan" she acted like a normal human, without all the femme fatale sh*t - that got old fast.

even Oh Goo Tak, another annoying f*cker from the series, was way toned-down. that's cause he was sick - B.S. lol

the story is what it is, bad-guys killing other bad-guys, the cops unable to do sh*t. so we turn to the notorious 4 to save the day - which they do and then get sent back to prison. not boring but not better then the series, and that's saying something for me, as it wasn't my fav.

i haven't fallen for a ML so fast as i fell for Kang Dae Man, he was so sweet, funny and big hearted - can't help but love him. he is the best friend everybody wished they had, no matter how many obstacle were put in front of him by his wife and Noh Tae Soo, he kept "fighting" just to help out his friend. and yeah he was totally enjoying playing Detective, but that only added to how hyped he was, at doing the "job" well.

the wives were brutal, all the hitting was really annoying, get it was to add to the element of comedy, but i for one didn't find it funny, let alone hilarious. even the verbal abuse was overdone and pissed me off. Lee Mi Ok - Dae Man's wife even hit her son on the head a few times and i saw red. this sh*t slapstick comedy had it hay-day in the early 1800's time to move into the present, where hitting people aint freaking funny - but retarded.

but ignoring the females (which without the violence, u get where they r coming from, as they r worried about supporting and feeding their families. and as working women they want their hubby to do their share around the house - acceptable. but being a mega maniacal, sadistic b*tch isn't the way to go), this was a great movie, very very funny and not a boring moment.
once Detective Noh Tae Soo loosened-up and accepted Dae Man's help - it got way better, the bickering wasn't a deterrent as it added spice to their relationship. totally gonna add to my re-watch list.

everyone is besotted by Kim Seon Dal, which i get - he is a good looking guy (personally though cute), but Gyun stole my heart, he wasn't just naïve - he was too pure for that period in time, surrounded by bad ruthless guys. only someone with tougher skin would survive. after the initial meeting (the 3 slaves meet) whenever i saw him again, had a gut feeling he was gonna be "sacrificed" so we would cry our eyes out. didn't guess wrong.

btw the letter Kim Seon Dal gave him, misleading him into thinking it was for the tailor, wasn't translated so could only guess what was written, from what followed. which was a shame. but it is what it is. and didn't get Kim Seon Dal logic, yeah Gyun needed to be protected, but sending him off on his own with money, when everyone in the gang knew he was a sweet hearted push-over, who couldn't really defend himself. how that work?!? no logic there.

interesting funny take on a period piece, other then the ML and Gyun liked the King, Hyo Jong (who even though didn't have much screen time, wasn't a pushover puppet King that the advisers used however they wanted). also liked seeing Lee Wan (Jun Suk Ho) the commander of the kings knights , remember him fondly from Strong Woman Do Bong Soon.

the description for this drama doesn't do a lot to "paint a picture" of what is gonna be, and after watching the 1st season (which felt like a train-wreck, and not cause of obvious reason) watching Pun (a vulnerable, innocent kid that's living all alone) go into that Coffee Shop for an interview - where Tar comes off as a bit of a pevr and one of the requirements was the King Game, i'm like what "den of iniquity" has this boy walked into -
when Sib the other partner of the establishment says the rule is "not to fall in-love with the owner" and asks if he can drinks - i'm like, a couple of perve offering jobs to innocents that they later can "feast" on?!? ugh plz
add to this, Sib dropping off another kid that flips him the bird - also a high schooler - what other conclusion can u come too, but think it's his previous lover. u fast start wondering WTF kind sh*t is gonna go down and how far this is gonna be pushed -

But Sib is straight (or deep in the closet) with a beard to boot - in the form off Pan (his gf) and the kid that flipped him the bird is his younger sibling M (that fact is kept in the dark - why is beyond me. but their animosity isn't explained either, well not satisfyingly, until the end). Tar his partner is his best bff - but also a rejected love interest, that confessed but cause off Sib being scared(?) he ignored him and they still bff's (? )..

Pun seeing the "bird flip" and getting kissed by a drunk Sib (courtesy of that moronic game) is interested in Sib, so when he see's M at school, he tries to get close to find out how they connected - which doesn't end well, as M got a huge chip on his shoulder - he angry at the word. and his "turn around" is cause he sees Pun serving at Pan's B-Day party in the Coffee Shop, so he decides to mess with Pun - why? cause... but that soon turns into infatuation - in the freakin blink of an eye - he goes from calling Pun a "faggot" to kissing him senseless - but that makes more sense then Sib going from coming between Pun and M cause he was the one that "dared" Pun to befriend his sibling, and keep tabs on him (informing Sib of how M is getting along) so now that friendship has turned into more he doesn't like it - and get's M fired from the Coffee Shop - just to act all worried cause M goes missing - but the first thing he does is take Pun to the movies?!?? where they kiss and of course the next scene is Pun inviting Sib into the bedroom - WTF??? get Pun has been infatuated with Sib from the start - and Sib is also interested (as he always found a reason to touch Pun and be close to him) but considering everything else happening - not to mention M - this was a WTF conclusion to this pair.

everyone saying they the main couple - sorry, how? neither knows what they want - Pun waking up to M kissing the heck out of him, didn't stop him or say "no" he was all go, if M didn't stop - would they end up in bed too?!? is that how u befriend people??? as that was Pun's excuse. even before when he thought M was gonna kiss him, he was ready and willing - this a new way to befriend people - maybe friend with benefits.
and Sib the dude other then saying "sorry" and going around doing sh*t that contradicts that "sorry" is clueless to what he really wants and even when he does know - he isn't really ready to come out o the closet - even his running after Pun at the end (while he thinks Pun and M r dating, which - what kind of despicable person do u need to be, to go after ur siblings partner?!?) is ready to say he misses Pun, and is sorry - but not ready to commit in any other way -

the only one that made me watch this until the end was M - he was the only character that showed any kind of growth. he showed remorse and change - maturity. he had the ability to forgive and put aside his feeling just cause he wanted to safe-guard Pun from his sibling's inability to be true to his real feelings. and he is the only one who was left heartbroken (as i predicted from the start). he deserved better then the family he got, and for sure the love he fell for -

this drama is more focused on that moronic game , when they could've dealt with all the issues the characters had and take this down a different root and not Pun bailing cause he didn't get the love confession, heck declaration that he wanted from Sib - he got more then one, from M - with actions to show that he cared and would do anything to keep him safe and happy - but it didn't count - not to keep him with M or to even consider his feelings - cause M didn't count. so to say the main's r Pun and Sib is an insult, demoting M to a side character, as he was the only worthy character around, nah not agreeing with this B.S (well Tar was also ok, but the dude needed to choose better friend let alone love interest, and he was old enough to know when to say enough and move on).

hit and a Miss

this was "OK" and just cause in (almost) every episode there was one Very funny moment - that would make u LOL - literally. But i really can't ignore the behavior that Golf and Kim displayed throughout this drama - and "saying" is was for comedic effect or just a joke - it aint funny! - sexual harassments Never is!!

seeing both - mainly Golf force himself on younger guys (that looked like kids) cause he was horny and thirsty for some "c*ck" was revolting - especially when u saw how those kids reacted - they were uncomfortable and didn't know how to deal with this horney "ticking time-bomb". and they just had to sufferer in silence cause what else could they do??

how has this become "ok"?!? where cause u like what u see, u invade that persons privacy and get all touchy-feely with them - when y'all basically strangers?
what cause Golf is a "bottom" so its ok? cause NAH! even if a woman acted this way it would be "unacceptable behavior" and its just gross to see and infuriating -

this could've been so much more, cause Gus on the whole was an interesting character, that represented the feminine gay without the usual moronic stereotyping . even had Natty the sweet feminine lesbian, that was into female-Tomboys and there were serious issues that were being dealt with - but then u had all this garbage that took away from every episode. so nope! this was a hit and a miss - and its a shame cause just to make this drama funny a lot of bad stereotypes were exaggerate and that in itself is a Huge disservice to the LGBTQ community - as even in this day and age they have to deal with a lot of prejudice - no matter which country they live in. and the behavior displayed here strengthen the homophobic point of view about, what being gay is all about -

watched this, cause i saw the drama Ossan's Love (a while back and it was whacky, weird, funny and yet very sweet - so of course when saw this) knew i would be in for one hell of a ride - didn't disappoint - yeah there r times that Haruta is a bit "over", but all in all he is a totally loveable character and he has more pluses then minuses. also enjoyed seeing all the old side character's -
but have to say didn't like Maki much in the drama and don't like him any more, here... he a total drama queen that is all about the drama - and he rather run away and keep quite, then voice his thoughts / doubts and do anything that would further the relationship, he supposedly wants with Haruta. while Haruta who is the bumbling idiot, that is new to life in a relationship, let alone a gay one, does all the hard emotional and psychically work - giving his all. even if he "fall" he gets up all on his own, and owns up to his faults - asks for forgiveness and works at trying to keep them together, and yet he isn't cherished by Maki.
if anything Maki and everyone around Haruta (like his best-bud Arai, his own mother, not to mention Maki's dad) act like Maki is "slumming it" and thus Haruta should be so grateful - that no matter the reason or who is at fault, he is the only one who needs to "work" and either accept sh*t as is, or be better - and if there is any development (like in the drama) it came/comes only from Haruta... and the little Maki offered here, didn't endear him to me, as it didn't compare to what Haruta's brought to the table.

the character's that really made this movie for me - other then Haruta of course - Chief Kurosawa, brought his A-game like in the drama and gave it his all.. and have to say cause of him - i laughed so hard my stomach hurt - but i also loved him, cause he was the only one who stood-up to Maki , like i though he deserved - he called him out for not appreciating Haruta, belittling him, let alone running away when things got tough or cause he couldn't handle his feeling - so how could i not love the Chief ???

Justice the new addition was a breath of fresh air - in spite of him resembling Haruta (personality wise - they might as well have been the same dude) and seeing them both interact, really gave me life - it wasn't "heavy" and a lot of manipulative, mind games like when Haruta and Maki interacted. i for one so wished something came out of that relationship - but this was taken in another route - still stand by my though, that Haruta deserves better then Maki - he might not thing so - but that's cause Maki is his first and only love and so he doesn't know better... but in spite of me getting annoyed at Maki, i enjoyed this very much cause of everyone else and even liked the little side stories - which i usual zone out on...

my second Pino BL and what can i say. binge watched this in a few hrs, this is that good and engaging. loved the actors just two guys sitting in front of their monitors, and yet connecting in everyway possible. every emotion is dealt with, u go through a roller costar ride with them. u smile and feel giddy at the start of their courting, u break down and cry cause of their heartache, and u rejoice when they come out through the eye of the storm together - stronger. didn't think would be so involved with just watching two character's play off each other, but they conveyed so much that could sit and enjoy them for hrs.
not that i'm dissing the sides, they also did a phenomenal job - everyone made u feel through expression, not only the dialogue how visceral their pain, grief, guilty and happiness was - u couldn't sit watching and not feel that in ur heart and soul, it was that good .. for sure a rewatch! loved this!!!
