I did kinda enjoy the first season (mostly because of Chota and Karube), and therefore I watched the second season now to hopefully make me invested and like it more. But sadly I just could not enjoy it. I could never really connect with the characters or deaths, I found myself wishing people would die instead so some exciting stuff would happen djdj. It also felt like we barely got to see any games this season, but that could just be my imagination since they stretched some games over episodes ^^
I still feel like there are some unanswered questions, so I'm interested to see if it gets picked up for a third season or if they conclude the show here :D
In ep 5 I know we are supposed to think the punishment is fine for K because he did horrible stuff, but I couldn't help but feel sad for him the entire time. Maybe the clown make up added it on but he just looked so devasted; i just felt bad for him the entire episode..
Also I've stayed up 36 hours and was in hell, like even as I stood up or was walking I kept falling asleep for just a few seconds.. Can't imagine staying awake 7 days like they did towards the end..
Joo Dan Tae was released because it turned out to be Logan who "killed" Na Aegyo. And he blamed the detention…
I get most of that and it makes sense; but Dantae was still convicted of bribes, the whole illegal thing with the buildings etc. He had so much things, outside of Na Aegyo and the Suryeon/Ro Na, that he was still convicted of that shouldn't disappear just because he was cleared from this...
It's most likely just me looking /too/ hard into things, but it still bothered me djdj
What I don't understand is how Seojin and Dantae got out of prison.... Like they still had sentences from the kidnapping, bribes etc, so just being "cleared" of the murder shouldn't change that they were in prison? Did I miss something?
Before this turn into a verbal bloodbath can I please point out that rape is NOT kink. Getting spanked, is a kink.…
No problem!
I think this article ( https://undertheropes.com/2016/04/01/rape-culture-in-thailand/ ) will be an intersting read for people who watch Thai dramas and are surprised with the amount of sexual harrassment and stuff shown.. After reading the article I learnt more about the subject and why it is like this, even if it shouldn't. Not sure if this made sense since english isn't my first language, sorry!

Hey! Sexual abuse survivor here who has this said kink. Just wanna say that it is very much a kink, BUT it's not rape. Rape would be entirely wrong and is disgusting. What they were talking about is known as "CNC" (consensual non-consensual) so it's consented on both ends, basically roleplay of person A doing something non-consensual to person B. It's a power dynamic kink and a lot of sexual abuse survivors have this kink as a way to be able to take control over what happened to them and make sure they can stop if they really wanted to, something they weren't able to do before. Please don't speak on the subject if you're not educated and especially not if you're trying to silence the voices of survivors. It's very much a kink, but ONLY if it's consented.
In this book/show it was not consented, it was just plain rape which is horrible.
