More than 46.2 million immigrants live in the U.S. Millions more come each year, both legally and by sneaking across the southern border. The U.S. is fucked up in many ways, but it remains by far the favored destination for emigrants from countries all over the world.

You really should educate yourself about the country you live in before slandering it in regard to immigration. There are plenty of other ACTUAL problems you could criticize it for, such as racism, gun violence, Trumpism, willful ignorance, political apathy, etc.

No one, least of all me, has made any attempt to stop people from sharing how they feel about anything here. I haven't contacted mods that someone posted a comment I disagreed with. I haven't demanded anyone stop commenting because they used the word "masterpiece."

I hope Yoo gets the hell out of Korea as soon as possible after his release. The public, the press, and the industry will not allow him to resume working as an actor there without another ten years of humiliation and insults, and insistence that he "reflect on his misdeeds." Featuring him in a film will be seen as letting him off the hook too soon and condoning drug use. Do you even know what Korea is like about this stuff?

I hope he comes to America where we give celebrities, especially addicts, second, third, and fourth chances. We don't revel in their destruction and suffering like the Koreans do.

My lands, I could not disagree with you more. Chinese fake BLs are just weird to me.

I have seen its first four episodes and consider it one of the best BLs I have seen, regardless of country of origin. It is extremely gritty, dark, and edgy, as well as extremely well-produced, directed, and acted. Even sets and costumes are cinema-quality in their grimy realism. It is going to end up high on my list of Best BLs.

Where did I say a show has to be dark and edgy to be good? Or that a show lacking those qualities can't be good quality. I didn't say either thing. I didn't like Not Me because it struck me as juvenile, poorly acted, poorly directed, and silly. I'm glad you enjoyed it though.
