Now what in the telenovela was that?? That stairwell scene? High camp, absolutely ridiculous and I kinda live for it. Surprisingly enjoyed how chaotic this episode was. Except the end. The mom is there to tell Ai and Nhai to break up becauseeeeee, plot?
Also damn 3 side couples we've barely and we only have three episodes left. They're trying to set up some spin offs aren't they
Oh my fucking GOD. They cannot be serious. Are they serious?? Legitimately, is this show a prank? Was this show created just created to test my mental fortitude? The production company must have said “we’re giving you 12 episodes, figure it out” and the writers said “let’s just have the exact same thing happen every episode from episode 6 and on.” I actually do like Tap and Ping but it just isn’t enough to make up for whatever this mess is.
Bai Lang is pretty dense. He’s telling him “don’t try to set me up with someone, I already have someone I like” and Bai Lang is like, “hm, guess I gotta try again”
I think this episode started not so great in the first half but got a lot better with the second half. I really like the restaurant scene. Something about people remembering good memories they have with a loved one through food ALWAYS GETS ME. This, UWMA, Ingredients. Always a good scene to me.
Did I misunderstand something? I thought Nine said he had a partner in England that wanted to come join him in Thailand? Maybe I read it wrong or wasn’t paying attention.
Also a disturbing lack of Park and Pong this week, don’t let it happen again.
Are Ja/First really the main characters here? It feels like Mean has more screen time.
Also I think Golf already knows who Gun is because he saw the Pucca stickers back in high school and he’s just giving Gun time to feel comfortable enough to tell him.
Em, you’re gonna have to step it up buddy. With all the time you spend sighing and thinking about how busy you are it seems like you do have enough time to talk to Name. It hurts seeing all the friends together laughing and having a good time while Name sits at home alone in silence.
Champ, stay strong, I think it’s gonna be a rough week next week 🥲
Ughhhh. They were soooo close to having a conversation. Fah saying he was upset because he cared too much and was making himself upset was a step in the right direction. Except he started at a yell and storming away, and Sher clearly has aggression issues so that wasn’t going to yield a useful conversation. Also maybe I’m reading into it but to me it feels like Fah is like “I love you, I want to be with you, and only you, you are important to me, date me” and Sher’s like “okay I get it! You hate me and only want to be friends with benefits jeez!”
I want more writers and directors to know that yes, a bunch of people are very horny, but a bunch of clunky NC scenes can’t make up for a bad script and unlikeable characters.
I think the last episode faltered just slightly, but overall I really loved this series. One of my favorites of the year. Earth is a very talented actor, and Santa does a great job for being only 18. To me, reading some of these complaints come across as "I don't get it, yeah Eiw's mom died but why was he so sad. It's like he really loved her and cared about her like she was his mom or something..." The dad can fuck off though. Maybe that's a cultural difference. I don't care if he was half the reason I'm here, he does not exist to me and I don't have to feel any way about him and people can't tell me I should feel different. Also, wasn't Cream in middle school when Pao had already graduated college? I was only a fan of 1/3 of the family couples lol.
Poor baby Sky already needed therapy, but the most traumatic event in his life almost happened for a second time?? I'm surprised he didn't have a complete psychotic break or just go catatonic, but then again Mame knows nothing about trauma or healing except "if you get a bf it'll all be fixed".
I give the PayuRain story 9/10 and PaiSky a 7.5/10. I did really enjoy overall though, I might even pay to see the special episode for the first time ever. MIGHT.
I feel like this show is severely underrated. I hope more people watch it because it’s so good. I didn’t expect to be crying like a baby for like 3/4 of this episode but here we are. I fear we have even more tears coming next week 😔
Bro are they being fr right now? That preview for the next episode…. that’s literally the exact same thing that happened in the last 2 episodes! You’re just showing us the same shit over and over again! JUST HAVE A CONVERSATION PLEASE. Even though apparently they wake up with amnesia every day so that probably wouldn’t even help!
