Ooh I thought that was really good episode! I first I was like "why is this one an hour?!" but by the end I could've kept watching! Also I really appreciate how they literally had sex twice in under 24 hours and then they continued to act like normal people who were attracted to each other. The casual touching, holding hands, and keeping attached even in front of other people. One thing I will say, which this doesn't only apply to this series, it's basically every BL series that's ever existed, but whyyyy do we never acknowledge how sometimes we aren't always ready to bottom at the drop of a hat? Like, can we just casually throw out how douching exists? I think Love By Chance is the only series I've seen mention it.
Mm I liked this one as a sort of silly, not too much to think about kind of show but now I don't know anymore...
How many more times are we going to have to deal with "this is something we could resolve if we talked like normal people but I don't want to so we're going to fight for an entire episode." Which, I'm not new to BLs, issues raised from lack of communication happens literally all the time but broooo it's been like 4 different instances in 7 episodes. And we have more coming!
I liked this episode. It was a little slow, not much was happening, but it was nice to see both of them softening up to each other a little bit. I liked the character development, even though it seemed a little out of nowhere.
Brooo, when I first read the description for some reason I just thought it meant they had to break up for whatever reason. I wasn’t expecting that, now my heart hurts
Em how dare you not set that box down and hug Name goodbye?? I am excited for Golf and Gun to finally meet up, I just hope Em and Name's story doesn't take a backseat. Also can I say how much more likable of character Gun is than Fiat lol
Y'all they're tricking us! Eiw's mom is getting sick! They're gonna give us one episode of sweetness and fluff and then they're going to tear our hearts out and throw them on the ground. They're going to emotionally push us down the stairs. I'm not ready 😭
Tbh I wasn't expecting Sky and Prapai's story to be a slow burn especially since they have fewer episodes. They…
Dammit, I hate coming on here to comment what I think is an original and unique perspective only to find someone has already commented basically word for word what I wanted to say lmao.
I was literally going to say I wish both couples had been shown from the beginning or that this just be two separate series because it felt like after the first half the writers were like “oh yeah? You like rain and payu? Well too bad they don’t exist anymore. I mean, they’re still around, but you can know nothing more of their story!” I’m like aw man but they’re right there.
Also absolutely not hating on the people that are like “I prefer the second couple” or “I’m only watching because of the second couple” but like, why? They didn’t have a single interaction during the first half (that I remember at least) and not a lot is happening now. Maybe I had to read the novel or something because after each of the new episodes I just think “hm, that was okay I guess”
I had seen a tiktok about Thua possibly not being who we all thought he was so when that plot twist happened I wasn’t all that shocked since it had been in the back of my mind for a while now. However, the Chadok/Dika actually being lovers and engaged? That sent me into the next dimension. I’ve never done a 180 on how I feel about a character so quickly. I was like “no chadok don’t cry bb!” Props to them for that I truly did not see it coming.
The difference in parts 3 and 4 were confusing to me, I was like “wait, now they’re making a movie? And thua’s there? Are they friends again? How far is Khan gonna go to prove they’re really together??”
My final question is when does an actual eclipse come into the story? I know they mentioned one happening years ago but is another coming or?
Ngl I'm pretty confused. Does Pluem have a dead twin? Or is Pluem a single ghost that can go anywhere? Is it both? Is it neither? It does seem like Kevin is pretty clairvoyant and has the ability to see all ghosts
I know Ja/First is the lead couple but I'm just so much more invested in the Man/Title relationship. Title is so cute. I also feel like I haven't seen a story like theirs in a BL before. I also might be biased because I loved them in The Yearbook, which would've been one of my favorite series if it didn't fall off so much in the last couple of episodes.
Champ's grandpa is also so sweet. I love that we get a parental figure that says "you don't have to be amazing, I just want you to be happy"
Okay I think episode 2 was solid, better than ep 1. I like that they leaned more into the comedic tone, I think it works better for the story and makes the characters all more likable (in my eyes lol).
For the most part I enjoyed this episode! I feel like in ep 8 both Sky and Prapai were pretty one dimensional, I think they were both given more facets to their personalities in ep 9 which made them both more likable and the story overall is more enjoyable.
This was good! Felt very realistic. Personally that’s my preferred type of hookup. We’re meeting up for sex but instead we talk about our feelings? Hell yeah sign me up
This is so soft and fluffy so far, my favorite type of drama, so I’m loving it. As everyone else has said, the subtitles are so weird and idk why, but I still understand what’s happening lol.
I like how willing Nhai was to move in. He said “you know what? Why not”. Also while I’m used to the hubby/wife stereotype it’s still pretty annoying, especially when it seems like being the wife(bottom) is a role seen as lesser than? Like “no I’m not the wife! You’re the wife!”
Something really surprising about this episode was Ai claiming that he was still horny and Nhai was like “damn, I guess I am too. Let’s jack off back to back”. I was like ohhhhh, I’ve never seen that before. That was interesting to me lol.
Okay my last comment, I’m ready for the side couples now. Please and thank you lol.
