In this drama and many other hospital's dramas the patients are wearing personal clothes underneath the hospital's gowns all times including when bedridden. In my experience, the patients did not wear their personal clothes while hospitalized when they were bedridden. They all had only the hospital's gowns and naked underneath them. Besides the clothes. The hospital's equipments, machines, IV, procedures and anything else basically almost always get wronged.
