Yess. I couldn't stop after 20 eps. Like the story builds up after 20 eps imo. And then i was like, let's sacrifice sleep lol. I really liked it. I hope you enjoy it too ✨💕

I did watch a lot of fmvs. And i was about to start donghua or manga but the thing is i feel so depressed after finishing it. It literally is making me cry. I feel so down and empty that I don't wanna start anything now. It has been years since I liked a drama this much and I absolutely loved the characters especially Wei Wuxian and his beautiful friendship wth Lan Zhan. I got so emotionally attached. I don't know how to cope up with it.

I cant get over it 😭

I'm a new watcher. Really new to historical dramas (ive only seen 2 chinese historical till now) and also new to wuxia genre. I heard great things bout this drama and also the novel. And i was like okay i'll watch. First two eps were confusing then around 15 eps i wasn't that interested in it but after that like 18-20 eps in, and i couldn't stop at all. And i was soo excited when wei wu xian got his other cultivation/power thingy. I loved every moment then
I loved the interactions of main leads and i loved when he used his powers. I wanted to know what'd happen next. So i watched the 33 eps in just two days. I'm gonna watch the remaining eps but I'm so scared it will become one of dramas that i will not be able to get over. Ofc the CGI wasn't good and all. But i remained for story, the great acting and chemistry of leads. I honestly love the story so much. And the leads really acted so well that it wasn't awkward in any way at all. They brought the characters to life. Oh I'm even a bl fan too lol. I watched chinese censored ones so that doesn't really bother me because i can clearly see the chemistry. When he calls him "wei ying" with full of concern. Damn those expressions and all. I love it.

I wasn't able to get into it initially either. But as story continued, i couldn't stop. It took me more than 10 eps to get into it and once i did. I couldn't stop at all.

I was never into historical stuff. I watched the double and pursuit of jade. And then finally untamed because i was putting it on hold for so long and i heard great things bout novel too. Initially i was like nah CG isnt good etc. but in just two days i watched 33 eps. I absolutely loved the story and the characters and now I'm scared that when i finish it, it'll be one of those moments of feeling empty as u finish a good drama. 😭

I put this drama on hold for sooo long. Why you ask? Because i wasn't into historical and wuxia etc. recently i watched two historical chinese dramas. And someone who read the novel ages ago said to watch untamed. (She's been saying to read the novel for ages but i didn't) Lol so anyway, i started it. For first few eps. I was like the CG isnt good. What is even the story. Etc. i kept watching and then i completed 33 eps in two days lol. I am loving it so far. And i Know this will become one of those dramas for me which i can't get over. 😭

Hello can someone recommend me a historical chinese drama like this one or the double. I've only seen these two. Basically strong female lead. I really wanna watch over the weekend. Thank you.

I'm so impressed with everyone's acting. Especially the villains. Damn they really good. Nearly all charas played their charas so well. These actors really good.

Tho i feel like other than the main leads, all had tragic endings.

Came for zombies, instead got some psychological aspect and overall it left me traumatised.

Who said it's bad. I'm huge fan of zombie genre and this was actually good. Like what do u expect students to do? Of course survive, and be stealthy. No one would outright be like yeah im gonna start killing zombies. Pretty realistic on that. This had more moments that kept me on toes rather than all of us are dead. Plus it had a pretty solid background about the virus outbreak. And best thing, the characters didn't sob throughout like how they did in all of us are dead. Ofc some characters' actions were hella stupid but stupid and annoying characters... That's a given in zombie genre.

People are way too serious. Like im just happy there'd be another project, bl or bromance or even just simple drama. Idc... And i can't judge the whole plot and story just by watching the trailer... Like come on.
The criticism or fair judgment comes after watching the actual show... That's how it used to be back in the days atleast.

I dunno bout any of you guys. I mean i like bl and watch them but bromance just excites me more. Like high school frenemy, even the slightest touch and all made go all fangirling mode.
Maybe cuz i started with those old school anime like black butler, hakkenden, 07 ghost where bromance is on peak. So dramas with no female lead and just pure bromance are one my of my fav tropes.

Cast them in BL drama. They have insane chemistry.

Give him a BL drama.

Season 1 had a lot more bromance imo. Tho i still loved it.
