Ahhhhh I waited for the series to end and then binge watched it! So happy I did this.. I swear with the way the episodes were ending, waiting for weeks on end would have been torture!
The story was SO good and hilarious and heartbreaking! Best friends to lovers is one of my favorite tropes, especially when another character is introduced as a potential love interest and the BAM! Jealousy! Hehehehe it's cliche and so so so cute!
The poster... ahhhh the first thing that caught my eye was the poster and the absolute passion in it! That killer tender gaze from both of them made me was to cry :'''' Goossshhh these actors are too good! And it was actually a scene in the end (with a kiss that left me blushing lmao!). I really hope they ran away together and that chairman guy died in the flames of homophobia ;p
Also... SEND TAE JOO'S DAD TO JAIL FOR CHILD ABUSE! GRRRRR how dare they hurt my frail boy Gook-ah!!!
And ofc here we go again...another 'unbiased' comment that is actually totally biased. The person is obviosly…
Thank you so much for taking my words the way you did.. I apologize as well. I generally try to look at a story from a non biased point of view, whether I love the actor or not. I just try to understand it and that's what I'm trying here as well. I have seen Soo Hyuk in a lot of dramas and as an actor I enjoy his performance.. Whatever I said was my honest opinion of his character and wasn't meant to hurt anyone's or your feelings. Even I hate misunderstandings and fighting in general scares me. Thank you for being so great about it and I hope you have a lovely day! Stay safe :)

Wow what a rude person you are. Also, I literally mentioned that I ship Sa Bin and Jong Bum.. like did you ever read lmao Everyone is entitled to their opinions but you are clearly a hater who has come to pick a fight. You say that I was hating on Sa Bin.. WHERE exactly my dude? Don't go about writing lies just so you can be a little keyboard warrior, instead try being a bit nice. I have not trashed SH anywhere, just mentioned truths about his character which seem to be too difficult for you to deal with. See I have my opinions, which I like to express in a polite and diplomatic way. And I appreciate the same attitude towards myself. If you cannot have that, then please go be a keyboard warrior with someone else. Your rudeness is not appreciated over here.
Absolutely agree with you. I found this drama so interesting and addictive. I'm invested in JB/JC and Sabin from…
OMG I agree with you so much! I've felt their beautiful connection from the beginning. Remember how he held her hand the entire night when she was in the hospital and she ended up agreeing to Marry Soo Hyuk because she thought it was him instead? Yeah that gave me FEELS! But more than anything I love her compassion towards him and her protectiveness towards him. It's so beautiful and make me cry because I think we all want someone like that in our life. Someone who gives us unconditional support and care.
THANK YOU for this! Seriously the way the fandom is treating soo hyuk like some sort of angel.. ummm he shot a…
I seriously don't understand how only a few people could see how badly Ji Chul needed psychological help! The gentleness of Ha Eun was like a balm for him and so he he craved her closeness. Also, when he was killing the detective in his first birth, HOW can people ignore the hallucinations he was having of his father? That was a full on mental breakdown, NOT deliberate murder! He was going mad because of the thoughts in his head and the torment that he was subjected to his whole life and I was seriously crying for him so bad.. I wish mental illnesses were not ignored by audiences like this just because they favor another character.
Most of them love the actor Soo Hyuk (and I do as well!) but they are letting that effect their perception of the role he plays :(
So for a while now I've been seeing a lot of hate for the show Born Again and I've failed to understand why. I'm in love with it and would like to share some of my thoughts about what make me love it.
Let's start with our female lead, Ms. Sa Bin with her bones loving attitude, she is crazy in the most adorable way and I'm all for it! I love how compassionate she is and even though the matter of forensics is generally seen as creepy, with her it becomes so full of feelings!
She doesn't just view them clinically, but in a humane way and as someone who understand their pain and wants to bring them and their families peace.
I also love her unconditional love and support towards Jong Bom which he was lacking all his life! Now I've seen a lot of people cursing the hell out of him for his stalkerish behaviour and let me make it very clear.. I'm not excusing that.
But the fact remains that Jong Bom is a psychopath (to some degree) and can barely distinguish between what is right and wrong. He needs psychological help! His nurturing has not helped AT ALL with his crazy mother and the rest of his family.
But I loved the way Sa Bin dealt with it. She was scared and she was angry and she let him know that. But she also knows his circumstances and upbringing (which is maybe why she doesn't go to the police) and so she berates him and then suggests alternatives which Jong bum learns! He improves guys!! How does no one see that??!!
I hate the victim blaming that is constantly happening with Sa Bin and which honestly many female leads are subjected to. It's despecible how the entire community is ready to throw her into fire for 'helping' her stalker.
What they don't understand is what she sees. A boy who is mentally not stable, not there completely. She knows he needs guidance and he needs someone to teach him about right and wrong. And whether her decision is right or not... the fact remains that she is an adult woman and she can do what she wants. She chooses to draw boundaries and help.. I'm not saying that every woman should take this step.. I'm saying let's not crucify a character for that.
Understand this.. Jong bum is a cry for help! And the only one who answers his cry in BOTH his lives is Sa Bin!
As for the prosecutor Soo Hyuk.. hmm I find him to be ethically skewed.. he is too quick to suspicion and is biased in some areas (especially when it comes to the female lead) which has lead to bad judgement in both his lives. I cried hard about his and his dad's story thoigh.. it just made me so sad. But it cannot excuse his actions.. the people who maintain law should not be like this and it makes me highly uncomfortable seeing him abuse his position like that.
As for the ship.. hmm I'm crazy about Sa Bin and Jong Bom getting together. But I just hope no one dies. The three need their happy ending in this life at least!
Basically I love this show.. the reincarnation theme is fun and ridiculous at the same time. The detective from Soo Hyuks previous life is hilarious and I'm all here for his confusion! Give this show a try without the bias of the comments pulling it down and without looking at the female lead with glasses of hatred.. you might find an amazing character who is beautiful and compassionate in a weird and sweet way.
So for people here, even after knowing that JB is not a killer and even JC is not serial one (he killed that evil…
THANK YOU for this! Seriously the way the fandom is treating soo hyuk like some sort of angel.. ummm he shot a 23 year old guy without any confirmation of guilt or anything! He is so biased and it makes me extremly uncomfortable..
Also, i dont know how no one seems to realise that jong bum is mentally ill and needs psychological help and even in that condition he is managing to learn the difference between right and wrong thanks to our angel Sa Bin!
I am LOVING this show plain and simple! Habeak and Soo Ah are adorable and I really really like Moo Ra. She seems cold but actually acts like a Goddess. She doesn't just behave all high and mighty but genuinely cares for and protects humans and that won over my heart!
Am I the only one that thinks that the relationship between the mother and the father(??? The owner of the coffee…
omg I registered just to reply to u! Their relationship looks absolutely abusive to me.. the mother is so crass and rude and I HATE talking negative about characters without proper reason.. but I just hated her from the first time she entered the shop.. Taking money away is ok but treating her husband like trash in front of the employees and her friends.. I dunno does she get some sick pleasure out of it or what?
She seems like the classic case of self absorbed/selfish b*tch.. really hope her character improves in the future as she is the girl's mum who has had some experience with the powers..
