Nah those are his fans and YZ even spoke out to XZ's fans about the hate she is getting... When they were filming TOOL ,YZ was been attached left and right (check Weibo), she even had to defend herself.
Also XZ's character is sooo important for the development of the 2nd season... Maybe they will cast someone else (don't know)... but it's not good how involve his fans (or antis as you say) are with what type of work XZ can pick... it's like they are controlling him... He's THE actor, he's suppose to choose what projects he want to do and his fans can either appreciate it or don't... but that's not the case anymore... If XZ pick a project his fans don't like, they will protest/boycott... Not only does that affect his career, but also the other actor/actress and production companies... That will make the general public hate XZ even more... XZ should speak out... He shouldn't be afraid to address the toxic behaviors of his fans... For example, Yang Yang spoke out about his fans controlling/bullying his makeup artist and other staffs... And his fan club apologized resulting his followers in Weibo to increase bc a lot of ppl admire how he stood up for his staff and told his fans off...

I was a fan, now no longer bc of how trashy and delusional the other fans are... maybe international fans can't really relate, but his C-fans are like crazy... Totally agree!! I watched Joy of Life for Zhang Ruo Yun and Li Qin but Li Qin was barely in the first season. However, Li Qin's fans did not complaint or attack the other actor/actress... It's just sad how toxic Xiao Zhan's fans have become. I want him to act in this but his fans are strongly opposing it. Just the other day his fans were attaching Yang Zi and claiming that she is not popular enough to act with him... I'm not a fan of Yang Zi but she was crowned Weibo Queen twice, beating other high prolific actresses like Yang Mi, Dilraba, Tiffany Tang, etc... His fans are too toxic, hope they won't cause another huge scandal in his career.
