I don't if it is just me but kdramas have changed alot over time or i have matured. I loved the romantic kdramas because I thought there was always a proper build up for the main couple love story and I could connect to it and loved it. The male leads were human who made mistakes not robots who can do no bad. I want those kind of stories back but I don't think it going to happen. I do still like thriller k series. But I genuinely think quality of romantic kdramas has deteriorated over the years

More than the main couple's story, it is the brotherhood portrayed in this series that broke and touched my heart. I enjoyed the relationship between the male lead and his brother alot. It warmed my heart and I also cried with them. My fav drama is our beloved summer and it is written by the same author. Here although the main couple's story was cute but there was no chemistry between the main couple for some reason. There was understanding between them and they was no miscommunication as such but I think their past should have been a liitle more engaging and they should have had a liitle more connection in the past. Due to main couples past relationship being so superficial, I did not feel bad when the couple was missing their past as there was no such history between them. However as the story progressed I liked the progression of their story. The only downside in my opinion is their chem but that Just my opinion not everyone has to agree
