Maybe it’s just me but I feel some emotions are missing in Luili’s eyes when she secures the crown prince! Certainly she is glad to be able to save him but as a friend rather than as a lover! I can’t see the deeper feelings in her at that moment! And I don’t know why I feel that way! I have rewatched that part many times to be sure! Maybe because she has been so good, I expected too much!

For a chance, my leading man doesn’t have to carry or protect the girl! I’m sick and tired of seeing weak and unreasonable girls getting in troubles! A couple fights together, protects each other- I love it!

I wish Yun Han a happy ending too! But to promote Richard Li, they are likely to give him a tragic end so we could be sympathetic for him!

I feel the same! Chong Zi’s plot is such a disaster! But JT has the chance to challenge himself and improve! Yuan Su has received a lot of love, but the role seems like the typical role that JT could handle with ease! Nothing is outstanding with this performance!

I enjoy watching the main couple so much! I try not to skip but many times I just want to look at them not other characters! At the personal level, they are loving and caring for each other. At the professional level, he shows the intelligence and calmness of a future emperor and she (along with her family) displays strength and loyalty of a competent subject! Their chemistry is out of this world!

Me too! But he is not filming any series now! So I don’t know if we will get to watch more of his shows! However I should appreciate the fact that the networks have released his series every spring! Many artists have a long list of shows, which are warehoused!

Finally I caught up! Yah! It is still fun but the last few seem more intense! I’m looking forward to the next episodes, but at the same time no more JT’s series for the rest of the year… at least! 🥲

Chong Zi sucks as h*ll! It’s pathetic how much Tencent pushes it, people talk about it but in a negative manner! However I’m glad he tried a more complex role! I enjoy Royal rumors, but the role seems too easy for him!

I forgot Gossip High, but it’s a short series with 15 episodes! With the new law, hopefully in the future we could hear his own voice more! But our favorite actor is always too careful, and does things slowly so I don’t know when he will join a new project!

He does look good in costume and on a horse! Haha! Trace is a good series, I enjoyed it a lot! The cast uses their own voices, the guys have minimal to no makeup! The end is little underwhelming, but it’s alright to me! My speculation for the lack of English subtitles is the pro- government elements of the show. They are not overbearing, but they are there! I really hope he will have more serious shows like Trace in the future, regardless of the time periods!

I love your line “life doesn’t end after 30”! When I first saw JT in a HK series, I didn’t think anything about his age! I keep saying that people say he is old because they know his age! On the other hand, I would like JT to be in more serious productions! I think he is preparing for it by leading smaller series to be more confident! Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but myself I don’t watch any other mainland Chinese actors!

It’s good 😊! I’m not that young myself hahaha! I thought you were teasing me only! But I wasn’t 100% sure! I think people know Jeremy Tsui’s age and say that he is old for these actresses. But he looks really good and young for his age. I’m tired of seeing boyish and immature actors playing mls.
I jokingly called Jeremy Tsui a middle age man because in an interview he said that he was an old man pretending to be handsome!

I’m sorry if I have offended you! It was more like a joke 😀! I think his body is nice regardless of his age! But I’m actually happy that you came to his defense! He has been criticized for starring opposite much younger actresses! I think it’s really unfair for him since the premises of these series call for an older actor. In Novoland 2 and Chong Zi: his characters are older than his love interests by hundreds of years. In Be My Princess, his character is over 30 and hers just graduated from college!
