You can't find another Yu Si Feng!

First and foremost, this drama has 59 episodes but I tell you, it's worth it! I can't think of another way to end this drama but overall, it has a beautiful and happy ending!

I already mentioned this before that Love and Redemption is the 2nd xanxia drama that I watched after Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms/Eternal Love with more than 50 episodes. I was actually hesitant at first to watch it because it has lots of episodes but because I find Cheng Yi and Yuan Bingyan's chemistry so palpable, I gave it a go. And I can't believe that I finished it in just straight 4 days without skipping some parts.

I accidentally saw one clip of Xuan Ji and Si Feng in youtube and got curious and my curiosity brought me here now, unable to move on. 😭 Love and Redemption is one of the few drama that has nice plot, it maybe bloody especially Si Feng who seems like has a lot of blood bag in his system to spew blood like every episode for Xuan Ji. 😂 Overall, it was well-written. You will love every character in this drama not just the main leads especially Tengshe, Liu Yihuan, Wu Zhi Qi, Zihu and Ting Nu.

This drama only tells us one thing that Yu Si Feng's love for XuanJi is out of this world from heavenly realm to their 10 lifetimes in mortal realm. He's too in love that he's willing to sacrifice and die for her every single time. I don't want to call his hardships in this drama coz it hurts me every time.

From their innocent kisses to their oh-so-passionate ones( well my fave is episode 52 where XuanJi kiss him in the chest and that kiss grilled in saucy tongue 😂).

It's not bad to hope for season 2 right? But I wish there will be more projects of them as the main couple in another drama. I hope it's another costume drama coz Cheng Yi looks waaay more handsome with long hair and Crystal with light make up to emphasize her innocent look.

Love is indeed sweeter the second time around!

For the love of DamShik and OBS, here you go.

It's been months since the show ended but I haven't moved on from WoongYeonsu yet, blame it to Kim Dami & Choi WooShik oozing chemistry.

I really thought that OBS was romance-comedy but gosh, I was so wrong. I ended up crying in every episode. LOL The first few episodes were somewhat heartbreaking BUT I see the beauty in it. The drama is beyond perfection from the cast, plot, cinematography, and its OST. I couldn't think of any other actors who can deliver the characters of Yeonsu & Woong as good as Dami & WooShik, Their high school and college look still amaze me.

Don't watch, you'll crave for more.

It only took me 6 mins to fall in love with this drama . The moment Lin Yiyang fell for Yin Guo at first sight, I really felt it. It's my 4th watch, but it feels like the 1st time watching it. This drama is like sipping a warm cup of coffee in a cold winter day & hugging a fluffy pillow while you sleep. The amount of butterflies they gave me from start to finish is ♾️. No toxic characters, unnecessary plot, it's a feel-good, cozy romance. It'll surely make you feel better if you're having a bad day.

The chemistry of Wu Lei & Zhao Jinmai is palpable which I believe that made this drama even more heart-fluttering & addicting. I can't think of anyone who could portray Lin Yiyang & Yin Guo better. They're just perfect for the role.

This drama had potential, but…

It hooked me from the first episode, then lost me in the second half with all the dragging misunderstandings and endless conflicts—it honestly got stressful to watch. I guess it just wasn’t for me. That said, the leads had insane chemistry… I stayed for that (and those hot kissing scenes 👀).

This drama kept me on the edge of my seat!

I have never seen a 'loop' drama this good. I was holding my breath the entire time I was watching this show. I'm used to watching Chinese dramas with 24-50 episodes, but this one, though it only has 15 episodes, every character's backstory was perfectly relayed, and I'm glad all of the passengers got their full closure and happy ending.

The drama has a good mixture of suspense, thriller, mystery, crime, angst, and a little bit of humor and romance. If Amidst a Snowstorm of Love gave me a whole damn zoo, watching Reset, I was on pins and needles the whole time! I can't explain how I got so nervous every time they were being interrogated by the policemen. The policemen were scary but I appreciate how this drama perfectly portrayed how police should take action in real death and life scenarios. Hands down to all the characters in this show, everything was perfectly well executed.

I can feel the exhaustion of Li Shi Qing and Heyun the entire time they were in the loop. Imagine going through the same thing over and over again just to find clues and resolve their case.

I didn't expect Bai Jing Ting and Zhao Jin Mai chemistry to be this good. I wish to see them more together in the future as well.

A comforting tale that wraps you in warmth during the cold season.

This review is long overdue. I watched this drama during the pandemic out of pure boredom, not expecting much—but wow, it ended up becoming one of my comfort dramas. I don’t usually go for slow-burn romance, but for some reason, this one kept me hooked the entire time. The subtle hugs and small moments of affection gave me that fluttery feeling I didn’t expect. I just wish they kept it at 16 episodes—I was honestly craving for more. 😭

Posted the review somewhere, but not here LOL

I started watching this when it first aired on iQiyi—right in the middle of the pandemic, when I was bored and just looking for anything to pass the time. I didn’t really expect much going in, but somehow, from the very first episode, it completely pulled me in. It just had that kind of effect.

Maybe it was Xu Kai—he looked especially attractive in this drama, like it was one of his best looks—or maybe it was the second lead, who also had me just as invested. Either way, the cast really did their job because I was hooked almost instantly. From then on, it became part of my routine to wait every week for new episodes, counting down the days like something to look forward to.

I honestly don’t even know how many times I’ve rewatched it at this point. I’ve lost count, but what’s crazy is that it still feels just as good every single time, like I’m experiencing it all over again for the first time. That kind of feeling is rare.

Of course, part of me wishes it had been longer because I wasn’t ready to let it go, but at the same time, I’m really satisfied that it ended on a happy note. It gave that sense of closure without taking away from the whole experience.

And the OSTs? Easily one of the best parts of the show. Every track just hits differently and makes the scenes even more memorable.

A Youth Drama That Sneaks Up on Your Heart in the Best Way

I’m so glad I accidentally picked this drama when I had nothing else to watch. It was also my first time seeing the adorable Tian Xiwei, and she instantly became one of my favorites. I went in with zero expectations because I thought it would just be another mediocre, cheesy mini C-drama—but it completely surprised me. It turned out to be one of the best youth dramas I’ve ever watched. Also, one of the funniest shows I’ve seen—I found myself laughing non-stop while watching it.

What I love most is how the story focuses more on growing up together rather than just romance. The bond between the group is truly the heart of the drama. It feels warm, chaotic, and incredibly comforting all at once.

And then there’s the romance—soft, slow, and innocent. It doesn’t try to overwhelm you, but instead sneaks up on you in the most natural, heartfelt way.

No other version can beat this

As someone who has watched every version of Itazura na Kiss—from the anime to the live-action adaptations (Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, and China)—I can confidently say this is the best one. Not just because of the long, beautifully done kissing scenes, but because you can truly feel Zhi Shu’s love for Xiang Qin. He may seem cold in public, but in private, he’s undeniably the sweetest.

They Kiss Again hit differently for me—it’s one of those sequels that doesn’t just ride on the charm of the first season but actually deepens everything. It shows the reality of married life—awkward, messy, but still full of warmth. It’s not just about butterflies anymore; it’s about patience, growth, and learning how to love someone in everyday situations.

This drama is my comfort watch whenever I need that extra kilig. No matter how many times I watch it, even every year, I never get tired of it.

I was over the moon watching this show—and I didn’t even write a review back then?

I can be pretty picky about ongoing dramas—I usually lose interest halfway through and end up dropping them. But this one was different. I started watching it when it first aired because of Chae Soo Bin, and actually found myself patiently waiting for new episodes every week. The refreshing storyline and the leads’ intense chemistry really pulled me in. I know they both ATE when it comes to kissing scenes, but THEY REALLY ATE HARD on this one. LOL

one of the best costume/political dramas ever written!

I don’t really get why some viewers call it overrated—it genuinely lives up to the hype. The pacing does get a bit uneven in the middle, lingering on emotional moments longer than needed. Still, if you’re into slow-burn character development, it actually works to the drama’s advantage. It gives you space to really sit with the characters’ contradictions—their vanity, vulnerability, and that quiet sense of desperation.

For me, I enjoyed every episode—I didn’t find a single one boring, even the filler felt meaningful. I love that the female lead is more than just a pretty face; she’s intelligent and strong in her own right. Some characters can be a bit annoying, but they serve a purpose. Plus, it has a great balance of romance, comedy, thrill, mystery, and action all in one. The chemistry between Song Zu’er and Liu Yuning is unexpectedly beautiful—subtle, natural, and quietly captivating in a way that just pulls you in.

Overall, POB is the kind of drama you don’t just watch for the plot, but for the feeling it leaves behind after each episode.
