It's available on YT now too. They have changed the subs for epi 1. That's good. I think they changed the color grading as well. The contrast and saturation looked way too high yesterday and it was looking very garish. Now it looks a bit softer and toned down.

That's another reason I am disappointed coz I love WOH and I expect better from the two directors. And compared to this, WOH was made with the budget of peanuts...and their only sponsor was a nut company... and the ph even ran out of budget. Still they did such a good job. Moreover this is S+ so they have no excuse.

L&P was still understandable and that was also a modern drama so you can still get the gist but bad subs for costume drama means it will be really hard to understand for a lot of International viewers.

Tbh I am disappointed. The novel is so good, even though I have not finished it...but up until the point I have read, it's really good. The drama changed too many things already and I am afraid the script won't do justice to the novel. They also changed how they meet as adults and in the novel their first meeting was awesome! The subs are so bad. Anyway I hope it gets better coz I was really looking forward to this.

Apparently those are official subs! Maybe they'll change it or some fan subbers will do us a favor. We'll just have to wait.

Actually Youku can do much better for S+ which is why this is more disappointing. There last few costume dramas have been so good production wise, I don't understand what went wrong here.
