Tbh, this is quite unfair towards that drama too. Ofc, fans of the leads will definitely watch, but majority of TTEOTM fans and even some passerby fans will not take this well. I like Zhou Ye very much, but I just cannot get myself to watch. They should have at least waited a few days before airing it.

Speaking of scarlet heart, youku really pulled a scarlet heart on us, didn't they? This explains the silence from them despite the drama doing so well in the rankings. Even less successful dramas ( compared to this one but still hits ) has fast tracks or epilogue or even fan meetings planned. But towards the end, they just went quite. It's like they were feeling guilt already and not to mention they dropped BFTB on the same day. No offense to that drama, it might actually be really good, but can it actually be a consolation from TTEOTM fans? I think not. At least not for everyone. I witnessed some epic tragedy here, and compared to this, BFTB feels like a teen idol xianxia, which might be fun but not appropriate due to it's timing.

I really hope the rating at least stays at 8.8 if not 9. Even Scarlet Heart has 8.7. No matter how it ended it's still such a memorable drama. Can people actually ever forget this experience?

Sad to see the ratings go down. Regardless of everything, this is still a great drama and deserves at least a 9 rating.

I don't have any courage to watch the finale. I am just shattered. I can't believe I got so attached to a character and a drama. It's not just a month or a two, it's going to take me years to move on from this. Why did they give us and TTJ so much pain? It's like all his sacrifice went in vain.💔 I am still gonna give this a 10/10 because I loved the characters and story so much, but really wanted to give this a 100/10, which I can't anymore.😭😭 LYX you legend !! You truly made TTJ unforgettable !! Bailu, I love you. You're my favorite actress but sorry I beg to differ. HE would have been more fitting. There should be some light at the end of the tunnel. That's what gives us hope. Pants I really hope you never produce my fave dramas again. To me your worse than YBC or Di Mian.
