I only watched half of episodes, but the plot is so similar to Love Scenery (which I loved) I find it hard to…
I watched this drama first before Love Scenery. Definitely loving both of them. They do have a similar settings but plot wise, there is quite a different. Hope you enjoy this drama whenever you decide to give it a shot.
that depends on the genre you want to watch at the moment actually... Me for example, have a lot of dramas I listed…
I do get those feeling. FOMO. Over the year I just have to accept that I dont have to follow the trend and people do have their own preference. Ignore the rating too. You can just try to watch drama with low rating if you like the summary. People sometimes complain about why some drama have high rating when in fact they just hate the drama because it is not their cup of tea. In the end of the day, rating is just showing how people in general rated the drama. Whether the drama is widely accepted or not.

Nahh, it's matter of preference. You don't have to force yourself to complete something you don't like. Some of the later episode did bored me but I have watched this drama 3 times already. I just skip the boring part and rewatch the fluffy moment.
It can be quite intimidating to start such a long drama. I am glad you enjoyed it!
I was hesitant at first but I put my trust on Zhao Lusi and it worth it. I felt empty after finishing `Who Rules The World` and decided to watch this (because of Zhao Lusi). Now I'm looking forward for her future project.
Year 2022 is the year I'm exploring more on C-drama. `You are My Glory` was my first c-drama (iirc). From there I started to watch more C-drama of the same genre and actors/actress. I'm starting to know more and more C-actors/actress. Currently my top fav C-actors/actress right now are Zhao Lusi, Song Zuer and Yang Yang.
I'm hoping to get to watch and finished more interesting drama in 2023.
What a journey. I never knew I would be hooked to cdrama and here I am completing a long series of 56 eps. Next cdrama in list, The Long Ballad, The Blue Whisperer and Reset.
The moment Master Lee point out about Jin Seol Ran soul, I felt instant relief. He really kept that information until eps 10 to make people think the ending gonna be a sad one.
I really like the plot of the story. I hardly find any holes in the plot. I got a satisfying explanation everytime I had a doubt. I guess the only thing that keep me wondering is whose soul is it in Jin Bu Yeon body originally. I'm assuming it is Jin Seol Ran soul.
Another thing that I'm curious would be the concept of dead in the story. What is considered dead? When the body is not working or when the soul no longer exist? Master Lee current body is the dead body of a boy. In this context, dead would be when the soul no longer exist. Same as Jin Bu Yeon when she's still in the womb.
But Jang Uk is considered dead because his body is no longer working. But somehow the ice stone kept him alive.
I guess I need to rewatch this later to find the answer.
This is a good drama. Like someone said in other comment, this is a family drama. In my opinion, if you find the first 3-4 episode not interesting, just drop it. Maybe this is not your cup of tea. I hooked from the first episode because I love family drama. Relaxing, a little bit of comedy and romance, family relationship etc.
Does anyone know why some of the channels suspend their drama timeslot? Back in 2013, I watch 7 airing drama from the 3 broadcasting channels every week (1 weekend drama, 3 Mon-Tue and 3 Wed-Thu). Nowadays, some of this timeslot doesn't even have any airing drama. Luckily we have more channel.
I really like weekend drama because there are multiple couple. There are MC, but then each couple get quite a fair cut of story. I've been watching weekend drama since You're The Best Lee Soon Shin.
ep 44ha! haej's narcissism kicks in again. she wants to be the first and the better in everything, even if that…
the ex might comeback, he might not.. As the drama is not pre-produced, they might have changed things here and there. I'm actually quite surprise they resolved Mirae and Hyunjae conflicts that fast. I was predicting the conflict to be resolved at least by eps 44, but they resolve it by eps 42. I assume they try to avoid making it too draggy.
I believe the tattoo alone doesn't signify abuse. But the fact that the child was on the street wandering alone…
The tattoo should be same as the grandfather's. And you are right about the human tracking. Having tattoo without one consent is wronged, doesn't matter if you are adult or minor. It's more concerning the fact that she was a child.
Based on the preview, I feel bad for Hyunjae's mother. She always alienated without anyone realized. I feel like they take her for granted. And finally we are moving to the story of the maknae brother!!
I don’t understand the relationship between the tatoo and the alleged abuse. Is there an Asian (Korean) member…
I believe the tattoo alone doesn't signify abuse. But the fact that the child was on the street wandering alone might incite that perspective. It might also be just an excuse for them to justify their decision to adopt Soojung.
