that is the biggest problem here and honestly that's the reason i can never like this show, it isn't a small thing to say that jay didn't die, i hated the fact that they gave him the main lead brother plot armour when he was an accomplice to everything happened to puifai, if they can't give justice they shouldn't include such sensitive topics firsthand, and that is a problem, jd needs to sign better shows.

you cannot make it right by saying life isn't fair and it's realistic, nothing about this series was realistic, it started so good i was so invested but then... and even if i agree that many people don't get justice irl but the brothers of such people aren't happy about their brother... so either jade doesn't care about what his animal of a brother did or nothing....
it is not yet confirmed it's just that at that time only 5 episodes script was complete so everyone thought it's 5 ep, and the novel has many chapters so it can't be only 5 eps, let's hope we get 10, or I'd say as many the novel or pacing requires because I don't want them to add things by themselves to make it more eps because it is not always the best
