i hate love triangles and sad or tragically bittersweet endings

i also have a bad habit of watching dramas with terminally ill protagonists and then being surprised when the terminally ill protagonist dies at the end

i love whump and secret identities and hurt/comfort and misunderstood protagonists

 i started off primarily watching modern kdramas but now i pretty much exclusively watch historical cdramas, though i will still occasionally watch modern and/or japanese/korean dramas if the tropes interest me
