Cameos by Akkun (Tokyo Revengers) and Masora (Nijiiro Karute) were so brief but I am glad to see them!~

I like how Issei had help Yudai's character through sign language and how it made his relationship with his wife got better. I watched this on Viki and most people comment how he needs therapy and although it may be a good chance to incorporate it in a TV drama, I think it is just a such a special relationship.

Also, I wonder who's responsible for what happened with the manager. It couldn't just be the girls who were rejected by the president, right? (or maybe it is related to the preview?)

The children are so cute, I am happy how the drama acknowledge Fumio's cheeks too. The way they cling to their brother is just to warm and fuzzy.

I've been seeing Taiyu more recently. Although I am not a fan of his character in this, I would say he is a promising actor indeed, to think I adore his character so much in Kamisama no Ekohiiki. Meanwhile Hayato has the inner goof going on. The last drama I watched from him is Oretachi wa Abunakunai. Lastly, Rikako is just so LOVELY! She rocks the princess role and deserves more projects! Female lead material indeed!

yeah the drama introduced a major plot point in EP 4 but I think they focused too much on the title, Family and their bond.

it's the animated acting that make me nostalgic. It's giving Nakatsu of Hana Kimi but Maruya just do it mostly on private, Nakatsu does it privately and even in public 😆 The best about this is that they are not awkward doing it and just nailed it.

I am just interested in how Nara is related to Jang Hyuk's and will they ever cross path and how she's able to balance life when she is a mother and tending to the cafe with the grandfather.

ep 1-4 could have been condensed to one single episode. There are too many subplots that I am confused which is the big plotline. Is it the kid's love story, the grandmother's will, Dohun & Manager Oh's misunderstood relationship or their secret jobs? We get to know Nara's secret job at the very end of Ep 4 and with the quality of subs, I think I have stayed too long. I am thinking of dropping this but if DIsney+ will release the subs, I think I can put this on-hold until all episodes are released and subbed. But really, the pacing is just too much. The bickering about the grandfather's remarrying isnt even cute. It is way dragged too much.
