The actress voice is like that even in her other works (Because This Is My First Life, i love that drama but her voice can be annoying) but she took it in higher notch pitch in this one. She portrays a naive consort who is easily swayed with opportunity of power, making her an easy target to be manipulated esp. by the Queen Dowager.

About the possible loveline between Prince Seongnam & Cheongha, I really hope that won't happen. I want Seongnam to have someone like Courtesan Cho Wol, but she already in love with the other grand prince. As much as she is helpful to Seongnam, I wish she isn't as clingy and outright declaring her feelings for him so early.

The sunrise scene is just breathtaking. It's like CG but I am not sure.

i meant that Alchemy of Souls used to have 8.something ratings but shoot up to 9. :D it may take a while but every episode just send the highest rating you can give. (i used to rate dramas here in MDL only once or even just after watching the drama.)

I can't watch this without thinking about Rio's Raise de wa Chanto Shimasu's character. They are somewhat similar. I am still not invested to the story itself but It's not hard to watch hot people falling in love with each other.

To those who wants this drama to increase ratings, always update your rating every episode. That's what I've learned when AoS was airing, now it has a 9.0 rating.

i am on board with you about the 'love interest'. If they are really planning to extend this drama until he becomes a King I would want his Queen to be as capable like the present Queen. Ofc that is just my wishful thinking.I mean if he becomes King, I think there are just too many enemies in that palace, he and his mother needs more competent allies.

Wahh I like that the cast members are older than the ones in the first season. The 6 episodes are all out but none of them are subbed yet. I wish this was on VIU too like the 1st season. I don't mind waiting as long as it gets subbed regularly. T.T

lol MMTG had a watching party with Seungkwan, Sinbi, Umji and Moonbin. I crack up when they reference some 'lines' from the show. Seungkwan as Hunger, Sinbi as Jisoo and Jaejae as Hae Eun. Seungkwan letting Jaejae caress his face. Waahh I miss this show despite badmouthing it when Yikyung left HAHHA

Under the Queen's Umbrella is so good. I really like how the Queen is written and the story is so original (at least for me).
