1ML you can tell he cares for both old & young version FL but EP 9 and onward I think romantic feelings will start to show
2ML has friendship with older version but in EP 7/8 I think we saw him developing romantic feelings for the younger version of FL

Also although the romance isn't strong and obvious from EP 1-8 it's a nice build up and the comedic aspect/storyline of the show is holding it's own as of now until romance comes into play

its like a love SQUARE, because of the young and old version of FL
and the 2 ML's lol

I thought this when I 1st watched it but SML high key kidnapped her after car/head injury. His moral compass isn’t that great even tho he’s a tiny better option than our ML. That would be some serious “Stockholm syndrome“ if she fell in love with basically her kidnapper. And he’s a liar, after learning the truth he withheld information about her true identity.

She needs a whole new man , a 3rd ML I suppose. Not the one her twin sister fell for of course.

I started watching most of the main leads dramas after this one

our male lead expecting her to be healed 2 days after 💔 after 4 years so funny 😂😂

it doesn't feel like slow burn to me but i can see how it would feel that way to some when she's trying to settle things with other guy

the best friend at the hospital is TERRIBLE like girl not you have feelings for her ex-man all this time...I am only on EP 10.
I hope our lead girl won't keep her around in the end, I would not be able to trust somebody like that ever again

And all her pink office accessories, she’s so adorable & funny.🩷

But omg they gotta be kidding me with that episode 4 ending, I want more! ❤️

yeah I wasn't feeling him in his romance roles this 1 just stood out the most to me for him, could've been the storyline i really enjoyed too
