This production team has really put on an excellent drama. I will admit coming in I had interests because I heard Shen Yue who I adore was actually replaced by the production for the role. I have seen Shen Yue, Zhang Linghe and Xu Rounan all in other dramas so did spark many interests. Did they make the right decision or not?
I think yes perhaps this theme is more suited to Xu Rounan. She is more the serious going type and feel this character type matches her style to that of Shen Yue, if being honest the theme would have been completely different with Shen Yue and maybe not what the production team wanted. Zhang Linghe reminded me of his character on Bright Eyes in the Dark which did really like. Overall ZLH & XRN pairing has worked really well. Very successful.
This drama has a basic tone. Limited characters, limited settings, probably a limited budget but honestly they have made it work. I think the combination of the writers creativeness and the actors ability to understand what the drama theme is. The support cast are all very very good. I think Shen Yue will in the future get opportunities to do projects with Zhang Linghe but at the same time if I was him or his management I wouldn't wait around to be in future dramas with Xu Rounan id pick up the phone immediately to initiate other projects now
Just finished this drama. Ok I think overall the drama is watchable and really enjoyable Yes I did not think the age of the actresses towards the start after 6 episode transition was good but honestly that doesn't really matter. If you like Shen Yue, Iriene Song & Gao ZhiTing they are just guest stars for 6 episodes, that is it. I still think better than nothing and they did add value
I think the use of these senior actors and actresses paid off, you can feel the chemistry like they are sisters in real life. Acting was really good and the story flowed through well. 9/10 for me
I have watched one episode and will continue to watch. The leads and support look very good
Zheng Linghe looks at home in this drama. I was keen to see how Xu Rounan would be in this role and she is extremely likeable. I am a Shen Yue fan and I know she was originally the FL hence why interested in watching and making assessment how she might have done in this drama. But overall entertaining viewing

I just don't like seeing ratings so early. I think MDL needs to block it til a midpoint and ratings need to come with feedback
I'm upto date with this show I was critical about the casting mainly because of the age initially of the sisters how it jumps of the actresses but it's a good enjoyable drama.
The cast do their jobs quite well 7.5 is not justice to this drama. Keeps us entertained

You have the absolute perfect foundation for a drama series with Shen Yue, Gao ZhiTing & Song Yiren PERFECT PERFECT FOUNDATION to build a story around and what do you do 1. Screw it all up 2. Slap the faces of the fans of this actors & 2 actresses
You pretty much do 6 episodes with the 3 young names mentioned above and then you replace then with extremely older versions. You have casted Older version of Shen Yue who is 49 Older version of GZT who is 46 Older version of Song Yiren who's 44 They are all suppose to be in their 20's the characters they are playing The father of Shen Yue is 52
Seriously what is wrong with you? I think you could of used these 3 characters in wedding scenes and beyond that, really no rush to bring the older characters in. Bring them in when they have their own kids being played by 20-24 year old actors and actresses
Sorry I am an opportunist, excited when see potential and opportunities in dramas. This is an example who a production team sabotages it when already have that strong foundation there.

Unpopular opinion. I don't care as think some will agree The most popular actors and actresses are Shen Yue, Gao ZhiTing, Song Yiren
These 3 are the foundation of a drama. Why couldn't the writers or the powers to be do a drama based on this strong foundation rather than a rocky unpopular foundation? Give them the air time & lead status. Their stories heaps more interesting than the rest of the cast
