Before Constable met Hibiscus and gave up killing, he worked for Yesha and was the one to kill the FL's Father which was used to frame Beiming.
I didn't check who Tailor impersonated to closely. It might be someone else.

I watch her reviews and like her, but sometimes she is just wrong. Most people haven't become jaded like her or dis something because they want to show they know better. Light not heat. Or in her case sour grapes.
