Not to sound petty, but saying Tan Jianci isn't good at comedy is a bit of a stretch. Whether it's in Filter or here, his expressions and delivery never fail to crack me up. Even casual viewers have praised how naturally funny he is.

I enjoyed since the leads first met, I never skipped their interactions. If by episode 6 you find it boring, then I don't think it's your cup of tea.

Finished watching LHF! TJC never ceases to amaze me with his choice of characters. I never expected an idol drama male lead to be like that, and as the author said, he's the only one who could have pulled off this character.

I also think this drama made a lot of viewers realize just how talented he is and how wide his acting range is. He can really fit into so many different genres.

I finally finished watching it! It was really good. I was surprised by the twist of LYF's assistant, it was a great plot choice since Sang and Fang were obvious suspects.

I also liked how Gui Lili and Shi Yu were on good terms with Qian Fe, I liked Shi Yu more than QF's friends.

I loved LYF's interactions with his father. I really wish we had gotten more of them (instead of Jun's family), and I hope TJC gets to act with Li Naiwen again in the future.

The main couple was satisfying till the end, I'm gonna miss them.

I love LYF so much, it was so refreshing to see something different from the usual perfect idol drama male lead, and once again, I'm convinced that whenever TJC chooses a character, it's never a waste.
