uk when sweet home was released everyone told it was not good nd the starting rating was 7.8 or smtg but eventually…
I feel like comparing it to Sweet Home may not be the best. Sweet Home started off amazing and then had one of the worst endings I've ever seen in any TV show. Sweet Home would probably end up in the low 7's or high 6's if it wasn't released during the pandemic when there was nothing else to watch
In your honest opinion, how does the writing quality compare to Kingdom? I don't mind if it's slow, or if there's limited action. Just want to watch something where the writing is good.
What site do you all use to read Webtoons? Every site or app I've used requires scrolling down, which makes me dizzy. Are there any like PDFs where you just tap from side to side and it shows the whole page?
I'm so upset this is going to be on Prime. Why can't this be either on Viki or Netflix.
It's easy to get a free trial of Prime. Just put something in your cart, go to check out (but don't actually buy it). Chances are you'll be offered a free trial.
Honestly surprised anyone even cares about this series. Season 1 started off amazing, then had one of the worst last few episodes out of any show I've ever seen, ever.
Lee Do Hyun's character died because... he wanted to watch the security cameras? Song Kang's character had no development and the acting was 1 note. Preacher man died because everyone stood around and watched. Wheelchair guy died because... he decided to go downstairs at the wrong time.
After all that, not really surprised season 2 isn't good.
I was very disappointed in this film. The FL was lifeless and I did not care about her story. By the time it was…
She portrayed the character perfectly. She was "lifeless" because she was numb after all the tragedy she has gone through. The only emotion she can tap into is revenge. Everything else in her life is basically a trance to her. The portrayal is brutally realistic.
In my opinion, this was more impactful than the original series. The pain Ashin goes through, the motivations behind her actions, all just... wow. Incredible.
Just started watching and Song Kang's character remind me of Kento Yamazaki from Alice in Borderland.Anyway, for…
Kento's character was so much more interesting. Song Kang's character in this literally had 1 expression the entire show. And his character development was nonexistent.
People who are saying the middle is slow: It's the deep dive into the back stories that makes this a masterpiece. Otherwise you're left with Marvel characters you'll forget about it in 5 minutes. The "slow" episodes are what makes so many of these characters legendary.
Watched this because the trailer for Season 2 looks awesome.
2 episodes in: Nice, this is going to be epic. After finishing episode 10: ... what in the world did I just watch.
I've never seen a show fall off so hard. 2/10 for the plot/writing. Not giving it a 1 because the premise had so much potential. 10/10 for cinematography and supporting cast's acting.
My drama of the year. It's more psychological thriller than horror, but the mystery made it 10x scarier than any horror movie I've watched. Every episode is gripping. Just a strong story with strong acting, and top-notch cinematography that makes it feel like a movie.
Which works for me. I feel like it's kind of hard to believe there would actually be romance between these 2.

Can't recommend enough.
