that guy hated tae poong so much because he apparently used to overshadow him in everything since school days. we would've gotten a clearer image of the situation if there were a few flashbacks but even without that it's obvious that the guy is just trash and hates tae poong cause everybody likes him, it's a simple mean guy jealous of the pretty guy trope.

in ep 2, yi chen has internalised homophobia, that's why he can't accept sex between two men as normal, but that doesn't mean what lu feng did was right, if somebody is asking you to stop, you stop. they should've had that argument about intimacy before sleeping with each other. i would not consider it consensual, infact it is what a lot of comment says it is–rape.
