this would work better as an anime, but something about real people acting in it gives it immature-ish vibes

the acting and dialogue delivery was atill good though, just the script felt very surface level, like a little bit of violence and a little bit of studying.

would've liked it more if i hadn't attended a high school already...

yeah i heard about that after i finished this drama. no wonder it all felt so genuine haha

seeing two face cards in one drama is doing things to me

when juhee said "won't you feel despair when you reveal the truth but the whole world does nothing about it", i feel like it was referring to a lot more than just the case. like yes, the charges against choi do ha were dropped but he wasn't the only one who got away without facing any consequences. dr. han killed his wife in cold blood but no one found about it because choi do ha had a hand in it, the rich psychopath son whose "punishment" was banishment from the family and not jail time, and the innocent guy who went to jail in his place and never got to clear his name.

i feel like all of these imperfections make this drama more realistic, every evil done does not result in punishment, the rich can get away with so many things.

that's why i think choi do ha dying like that is poetic, it would've been infuriating if he went to jail because he would've just lived a lavish life by bribing the warden. it felt great.

also i wasn't expecting his wife to just die like that but ig that means that park chungho will remain the big mouse which is something i like.

8/10. beautiful casting and a good ending.

good, not great but a lot of major events happen in the last 10-20 mins so you can't process all of it at once but it's not as bad as the comment section makes it out to be
