What are other Hong sisters dramas you've watched where you experienced an inconsistent plot?

Haven't watched A Korean Odyssey, but I thought Hotel del Luna was perfect. Didn't feel messy or draggy. Actually quite the opposite where the ending felt slightly rushed. Oh well it's all individual perspective I guess.
