Agreed. I love Xianxia and Wuxia C-dramas and I love K-dramas too so I feel like this drama is giving me the best of both worlds and I'm absolutely loving it.

This drama is amazing. I've watched 50 K-dramas so far and this one is up there. I promise you will absolutely love it. The haters are doing it dirty with the rating.

That is true that there are accusations of cultural appropriation and plagiarism from some Chinese Wuxia/Xianxia dramas especially "Ever Night". Oh well. I love AOS so I don't care and it is not like the Chinese invented or have copyright over the fantasy genre so I find the accusations of plagiarism downright silly.
