I find your comment somewhat problematic. This need to see men through a heteronormative lens and heteronormative ideals where a man isn't man enough unless he is "manly and strong" is problematic. I see effeminacy as a rejection of toxic masculine behavior. There are so many reasons and then some more to love this show, and it is a real shame if the two MLs are "manly and strong" is your reason what made this show so special for you.

Haha. The person who made that response comment definitely wasn't happy with the ending. But hey, people feel the way they feel and that's okay. I thought the ending was great. Their fake breakup was very practical. I wasn't surprise at all that their breakup was orchestrated. In fact, and not to toot my horn, I was one of the vocal ones on this site saying that they were faking the breakup. It felt like they wanted to buy time to just calm things down and to focus on finishing up their education and gaining more financial independence. If you are someone who lives (and this is especially true in Asian countries) and want to do something consequential that is against your parents wishes, it is extremely important that you gain total and complete financial independence before you chart your own path. Otherwise nothing is possible - you'll have to live your life exactly the way your parents dictate you to. So, yeah, I did not see this as them "going back into the closet". It was just a practical and smart thing to do and it had Pran written all over it.
